From the day I purchased my truck, I've felt taken care of. The service is incredible with a quick turn around! Even with so many customers, they manage to make sure they know who you're working with and keep you updated on the status of your service. Really great experience so far. Business is well deserved. They took care of 3 different services in less than 5 hours (oil change, recall and Zaktek). The job was expected to take the full day but they over delivered and competed it in half the time. I highly recommend Toyota Camelback. I've worked with a few people from sales to service and all around they are amazing!

Positive.... Nice multiple waiting areas, kids playhouse, massage chairs, free water and coffee, café Negative...... One massage chair is broken, after 5 hours of waiting there the technician could bot figure out what and why a sound is being made, I asked for a Master Technician and was refused, I asked for a supervisor and spoke to someone who ended up not a supervisor then was refused a supervisor because "they will pretty much say exactly what I say", hidden fees not mentioned prior to touching my car, they won't inform you of hidden fees until you pick up your car, I'm still waiting for them to mail me a survey
