Casino del Sol Resort

We only stayed one night and everything was pretty good. My only complaint is that the TV didn't work so good in the room. The signal was bad and the remote seemed to have a low battery. Also the door to the bathroom didn't lock. The staff was nice, and we ate at Ume which was really good! We didn't come home with any winnings, but we had a nice time. I would definitely go back.

My stay at Casino Del Sol in Tucson was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, impeccably clean, and offers a perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and entertainment. The rooms were spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable—everything you’d want after a long day of fun. The staff truly set this place apart: friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming at every turn. You can tell they care about making your stay special. The casino floor is vibrant and exciting with a great variety of games, and the entire atmosphere feels upscale without being overwhelming. The dining options were excellent, with something for every craving, and the pool area was a huge highlight—peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. Casino Del Sol exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re visiting for a getaway, entertainment, or a relaxing retreat, this place delivers. I’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tucson!

Well furnished rooms. Unfortunately our room was not well cleaned. We found a pair of underwear in the closet and hair on the bathroom floor. Casino has many playing options. It does allow smoking indoors in a desginated space, but you can smell the smoke more broadly indoors. Buffet restaurant food was good. Workout room was small but nice.

Fun environment with a bunch of slots that hit good and a bunch of table games! They give new customers $20 free play! Only seen casino portion so I don't know what the rooms are like. Tucson is building a new Casino Del Sol and if it is anything like this one it'll be great!

I had booked a room with booking.com to reserve a room. When we got there, the hotel told us that our reservation was canceled due to payment not being made available. I told them that I updated the card information 2 days before and booking.com had confirmed our reservation. So I don’t know who was a fault here. If the hotel not trying to charge my card again or with booking.com which they where not help. The manager, Christine was very helpful in getting our situation resolved and got us a room. Thank goodness for her helping was a godsend because we were absolutely tired after a 6 hour drive. She went above and beyond. Thank you Christine.
