Cave Creek Car Wash

What a disappointing experience. Not only was the interior cleaning poor to terrible, the 2 owners, Jake and Randy have no customer service skills. Makes you wonder if they want their business to be successful. I’m 75 and have run businesses with lots of employees. As the owner IMO, the first thing you do for your paying and generously tipping customer is apologize for THEIR inconvenience. I received no apology. I requested a second interior cleaning with actually touching the surfaces, vacuuming and cleaning the back deck mat as requested and paid for. Jake did begrudgingly agree to redo the interior. I didn’t ask for the exterior to be redone. Jake, gave me no smile and no apology, just a look of disgust that somehow pointing out blatant poor quality work should be accepted. I’ve used their services infrequently over the years. This was the last time. Jake and Randy need to change their approach to their paying customers and actually do some degree of quality control or suffer the consequences. Manners makes money. This business is sorely lacking.

Cave Creek Carwash is our go to for both of our cars. The management and employees are always extremely polite and the express and full service are top notch! The cars come out looking good! And the dog snacks are always a treat!

The quality of service is extremely poor. I paid for a full service X-treme Shine and when they finished my car it was if they had done nothing. The carpets were still dirty, dust inside on the seats and console, interior windows still dirty. They didn't even lift up the mats to vacuum and barely wiped anything down. I kept asking them to fix the issues and they grew increasingly frustrated. Do not frequent thus car wash.

They do a quick and excellent job. Ask for Dylan to do your interior-and remember that just because the cost of the quick wash is $25 , doesn’t mean you shouldn’t tip extra !!!! He did a great job, thanks guys!
