The Center Court Pickleball facility is absolutely amazing! It’s massive, featuring 12 courts, a beautiful hydration wall with wine, beer, soda, and water all on tap, and plenty of comfortable seating throughout. The lounge area and bar-top seating along most courts make it easy for players and spectators to relax in comfort. I’m new to pickleball, and my first experience here couldn’t have been better. The facility is kept cool, which feels great while playing, though spectators may want to bring a light jacket. A special shoutout to Brittney in memberships, who went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. She made the sign-up process seamless, walking me through the app setup and explaining all the great features the facility and app offer. I’ve already been back for a second visit, and I’m officially hooked! The entire place is spotless, including the bathrooms. I’m very impressed and highly recommend Center Court Pickleball to anyone. whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned player.

I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. It's a great facility but they made changes limiting open play access for players rated 4+. Half of the courts are empty today as you can see in the picture but the high level players are only allowed one court for open play. Go to Picklr if you are above a 4.0

I really want to love this place because it’s so close to my house. I dropped in shortly after they opened and was nearly rebuffed because I didn’t have an appointment. They gave me a tour regardless but the noise was sooo deafening that I couldn’t even understand my tour guide even though we were talking face-to-face. At that time, the only player development they offered was private lessons. Then I was there for a silly pickles league last spring that was run HORRIBLY. Besides the management (or lack thereof) of the league play, it was my first time playing at the facility. The noise was again off-putting. You can’t hear scores at all and that level of cacophony cannot be good on your long term hearing. Regardless, I still want to like this place because its so convenient to my house. I had instruction from one of their coaches and was really disappointed. He basically told me that because I wasn’t going to compete, that I didn’t have to learn how to play well. What?! Thats the last time I take a private lesson there! At least now they seem to have put some clinics in place. I don’t know how much they charge for them but they’re the most expensive indoor membership in the valley so I betting that they’re charging extra for clinics too. They do charge extra for league play. The members are all clique-ish and refuse to play with less skilled players. If you play intermediate or above, can handle the noise, this might be okay for you. If you’re below intermediate, forget it. The facility doesn’t care and they don’t enforce paddle-up protocols. I’m currently driving all the way to Talking Stick & 101 to play because of the noise and player attitudes at Center Court. I talked to Jon about the noise months ago but I was in there last week and its still just as bad as ever. I want to love Center Court but I just can’t.

Avoid this place if you value your hearing or you’re a beginner. I started playing pickleball last year and after a couple of stops and starts with long breaks in between, I finally returned to the game. I found a league at Center Court called Beginner’s Bounce. It’s supposed to be a rotating partner ladder league. It sounded perfect for me. I know the rules, I know the strategies but I’m still working on developing the skills. Instead of being the “safe” place for beginner play, many of the other players are clearly NOT even close to being beginners. They decided that they didn’t want to play with beginners and the Center Court organizer allowed them to ostracize the lessor players. I play in other beginner groups in the Valley and have NEVER been treated so horribly. The place is an echo chamber and is the loudest venue that I’ve ever played. You can’t hear scores at all and it’ so loud, that it can’t be good for your hearing long term. Even if the place had perfect acoustics, I’ll never return. Ostracizing beginners is despicable. If they don’t want beginners playing there then tell us that upfront so we don’t waste our time or money. They were willing to take my money but not willing to deliver the service promised.

This place is so new, Google maps still show the previous occupant shop in the street map photos, and the actual navigation guides you to the plaza parking lot instead of the front door, we had to drive around the parking lot to find the place. Inside, it’s super shiny and new, great first impressions, lighting and court markings are excellent, staff and friendly and attentive, as well as plenty of court side tables and chairs for friends and family to support. In the middle there is a large resting area that offers fountain soda and beer/wine, and tv’s playing various sports, the free wifi works fast and stable. Very well thought out and executed. So why only three stars you wonder? - The changing rooms are small (both men’s and women’s as confirmed by my wife), only two showers in the men’s. - The acoustics of the place is crazy loud, like echo chamber loud. It was barely acceptable when we started at 1pm, when it was full packed around 2-3pm people can’t even shout out the score for their playing partners to hear. - I saw ONE water fountain in the whole place. If there are more please clearly mark it. If theres truely just the one then obviously insufficient.
