Century Marine Mesa

Nick is the man in service; I was at the lake, boat would not start & I had to call Century Marine to see if they had any ideas. He took the time to run through what the issue was, what I’d already tried & what would help me get the boat running for my daughter’s birthday celebration. Even sent me a couple photos of what to look for, what to do, then options for servicing the issue. Dude came in clutch when I’d been sitting in that water on the ramp for an hour. Not everyone leaves a review of a positive experience, but I am because I appreciate you Nick.

After a week of frustration I when to Century Marine on Saturday with ignition part problem, Andrew the parts specialist was pouring thru his parts manuals to help we explained the problem to Nick the service manager within 10 minutes he found a coil wire and modified it and solved my problem. Both of them were very professional and went far beyond to help me get back on the water!

Great helpful & knowledgeable people! As a Mercury authorized dealer they seem to always have the genuine parts I need in stock. I was actually recommended to them by another marine supply shop that recognizes them.

Costumer service particularly in the service department is second to none. I brought my boat in with a service need that I could not do myself they got me right in with no notice and got my issue fixed in less than 45 minutes. These guys are really fantastic. A year later, I had another service issue. I called, knowing this is the busy service time for boats, to see if they could fit me in. They said no problem my issue was a quick fix, and bring it in the next day. They took care of my issue and sent me on my way. These guys really are second to none. I would never buy, or have a boat serviced by anyone else again!

Nick and Miguel in service are awesome!! Miguel is always able to answer my calls and questions, his communication and response time is amazing. Nick is the one and only boat mechanic that I completely trust. He has always found a solution to any issue I have had, he is 100% honest, and gets the job done right, without adding anything that isn’t needed.. I have a 2016 Supreme S238 I will only bring it to Century, because they have shown me time and again they are the best!
