Excellent customer service from beginning to end! It was easy to get in touch and set up a service appointment. The technician, Kevin Oldfield, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the cause of the issue and resolved it. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There was very good communication from the company throughout the process. I will definitely use Appliance Care & Repair if the need arises again.

Technician Raymond was good energy from the start and provided a professional response to my questions. Anytime you have a stranger in your home no matter who it is there is always a weirdness to it, but honestly not with Raymond. Felt fine and was at ease during the whole process. Highly recommended and just only hope they as a business keep up the great work and wish them all the best!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Jason was very professional during the initial visit was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly, parts needed to be ordered and were available when he said they would be.
