After 3 months of searching for the perfect new vehicle, I was happy to walk in to Chapman BMW on a Saturday afternoon and leave with a fantastic vehicle. My sales rep Marci was very knowledgeable, efficient, and transparent. I never felt any pressure, and she understood how to read her client's needs. I had never owned a BMW before and I am now a lifelong customer because of how great her service was! The entire process was very quick and I felt the pricing was very fair for my used 2021 BMW X1. I will happily continue to purchase my vehicles through this dealership!

I had a great experience with Chapman BMW Chandler. I worked with Tanya and she was so wonderful. She let me lead in what I was looking for, what I liked and what was important to me. I never felt pressured and she was completely transparent and honest every step of the way. I was deciding between a BMW X5 and MB 350. She mentioned that they were not comparable for many reasons and advised me to do some research, in which I did. I drove both twice and at the end of the day the BMW out performed the MB in all areas. I had owned a few MBs before so I was ready to give the BMW a chance and I am so happy I did! The rest of the process from finance (paid cash) to the genius service was outstanding. Everyone was kind, attentive and respectful of my time. I did purchase the tire package because I tend to hit curbs and damage my rims and those things are expensive! I did not feel pressured by JJ to buy any additional packages but felt educated on what might be good to buy. Finally, my Genius answered all the questions I had and ones I didn't think of so I felt like I left knowing my car well enough to feel comfortable and not overloaded. Sam was the best car sales guy I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I wasn’t sure what I was even looking for but Sam was patient, kind and explained everything in detail. Never pressured me into anything. Jeff - finance was fantastic as well. Never pressured me into any warranties, financing etc. explained all the details. They both went above and beyond.
