I can’t say enough good things about Frank, Tom, and the entire team at Chapman Collision Center. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. They treated my car like it was their own and handled everything with professionalism, precision, and genuine care. On top of the current repair, they uncovered and corrected a very poor Bondo repair that had been done by a previous collision center (not Chapman). Instead of patching over it again, they did it the right way — replacing the hood with an OEM part and repainting it properly. They were also honest with me about the situation. They explained that if Bondo had been used again in that area, it likely would have led to the same failure down the road. I truly appreciated the hard truth and their commitment to doing the job correctly instead of cutting corners. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. You can tell they take pride in what they do — the attention to detail shows. What really stood out was the communication. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered every question, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. I don’t hand out compliments lightly, but this team absolutely earned it. Their customer service, craftsmanship, honesty, and commitment to making sure I was fully satisfied were a 10 out of 10. If you’re looking for a collision center that delivers top-tier results and stands behind doing things the right way, Chapman is the place to go. I will gladly recommend them every time.

Original 11/06/25: I recently bought a used truck from Chapman Chevrolet about three weeks ago. The buying experience itself was great. My salesman, Rose, was friendly and helpful, and the overall process went smoothly even though it was late in the evening and close to closing time. However, after the sale, things completely changed. The truck was supposed to come with two keys, but after the paperwork was signed, Rose couldn’t locate the second set. He promised to call me the next morning, but I never heard back. Since then, I’ve called multiple times, left messages, and even still no response or resolution. It’s unfortunate because the initial experience was good, but the lack of follow-up and accountability after the sale has really soured it. ***Updated 11/13/25 I recently bought a used truck from Chapman Chevrolet. There was a small issue after the sale regarding the second key for the vehicle, but I appreciate that the dealership stepped in and took care of it. Renate reached out to me directly and showed great attentiveness, and Duane followed through and made sure everything was resolved. Their communication and effort meant a lot and helped turn the situation around. Overall, I’m grateful for the support and the way the team handled things. I’ve bought a lot of cars from different dealerships and I have to say Brian at Chapman Chevrolet is “One of the best” sales person.He was very thorough and knowledgeable, but not overly pushy. I appreciated how well he explained everything. I was more impressed on his long time commitment to the dealership someone doesn’t just stay around that long unless they’re treated well. I described to them ahead of my visit what I was looking for and they found a truck that I wanted. The process once I got there was fast and easy and very friendly. Linda, Robert and Danny were great. Thankyou
