I just bought my car from here last night and had a great experience. I've had not so pleasant experiences buying cars in the past and this was definitely not the case at all. Everyone I spoke to made the process go by so quick and easy, I felt like I was in and out in no time and no stress! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car to stop in here! Shout out to my girl Emma who spoke to us originally, she was very helpful. Everyone else there was also a delight to work with.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I reached out to Chapman Chevrolet on 02/10/2026 to purchase a new vehicle. I was completely upfront about my credit situation. I explained that my credit is currently troubled because I co-signed for my son’s vehicle at a 26.9% interest rate, which negatively impacted my profile. I spoke with Jesus Ramirez and clearly told him what I was looking for. He assured me that my situation “wasn’t a problem” and that they had financers who could make it happen. Based on that reassurance, I scheduled an appointment for 02/11/2026. The day of my appointment, I was told Jesus had a family emergency and that I would be working with Caleb Griffis instead. I was told Caleb was fully aware of my situation. During the visit, my credit was pulled and the main focus became the 26.9% loan I co-signed for my son. I was then told that because of that interest rate, the only way to get my payment under $400 would be to purchase a vehicle around $15,000. That felt unreasonable and concerning. It came across as steering me toward terms that did not feel consumer-friendly. I have financed vehicles for years — including previously purchasing a home with a 500 credit score — and I have never felt pushed in this manner. I understand lenders have guidelines, but the overall experience felt dismissive and discouraging after I was initially assured financing would not be an issue. Customers deserve transparency from the beginning, not reassurance over the phone and a completely different tone in person. Very disappointed.

I went to this dealership after I had a horrific Car accident and was in need of a car for transportation for college the gentlemen I worked with were very professional and caring this was the best car buying experience I ever had I was lucky to land two gentleman who have been in the business for a while and I will definitely be more than happy to come back to Chapman Chevy and I also highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. I saved money and received the car of my dream.
