Chapman Mazda

I have been researching Mazda's for over a year, trying to see which one fit my needs, once I narrowed it down. I just kept looking for the color and trim I really wanted. I have been with Chapman Hyundai since 2017, when I first purchased my Hyundai Tuscon, and I kept her dealer maintained there at Chapman. So I already had been a part of the Chapman family to begin with. Transitioning to the Mazda side of that Chapman family made it easier and only made sense. A Family friend got me connected to Tim Murphy Mazda's Sales Manager, then I got connected to my Sale Guy, Cally Mora then finally, Amir Fallahi their Finance guy. Every single one of these team members took great care of me and my needs, and bent over backwards to get me the best possible deal. I now own (well bank kinda owns 1st - lol) a 2026 Mazda CX-90 and couldn't be Happier. My research paid dividends this car/SUV is Awesome - thank You Chapman family! G.P.

From the moment I walked into Chapman Mazda I was greeted with friendly faces and felt comfortable right away! The service from my salesman was excellent. Jeff was patient and informative. He walked me through everything and made me feel at ease. Then the finance guy worked an amazing deal for me and I drove home with my brand new Mazda CX 50! I would highly recommend Chapman Mazda for anyone looking for a smooth and easy process to buy a car!!

General Manager George Salman and Service Manager Justin Lenocker are dismissive to issues the dealership created. Upon purchasing my car in April 2025 Chapman replaced the windshield due to damages from previous owner. The windshield was installed incorrectly and leaked underneath the dash for months causing $8,000 in damages. I have had to take my car to the service center at least 5 times before they finally fixed this issue. This also included a second repair to my windshield that was done incorrectly again and continued to leak. The third time the windshield was replaced my car was disrespected and I ended up have more damage to the windshield out of pure negligence. Chapman is dragging their feet to replace my windshield the correctly. None of these damages are caused by me, but I am currently left in a worse position then when I started. I went to George hoping for some resolution but was dismissed and not given any respect for these issues his dealership caused. This was also after he didn't show up for our meeting and I had to hunt him down on the other side of the dealership. Rude, disrespectful, and avoidant.

Chapman Mazda has a phenomenal team. They welcomed me as soon as I step foot on their grounds. Very professional, patient but prompt. Jeff , Tyler and Amari you guys are just amazing. Friendly yet generous. You Made my buying experince byfar thee BEST. I give them an A+.... Thank you Chapman Mazda you guys ROCK.

I have brought my last 3 Mazda’s from (Chapman Mazda). Nick Nicholas being my salesperson every time. This last experience was smooth as a babies bottom.I sent him a picture of what I wanted and he took care of the rest. I am a proud owner of a 2026 Mazda 90. Sending a big thanks to him and the loan officer. Both were very professional and made signing my life 😂😂 away easier.
