Great friendly service that fit me in last minute. I flew from Kansas to Phoenix to purchase a vehicle. I called and asked the day before if they could fit me in for a pre-purchase inspection. They got me in, provided a very in-depth service, then gave me a very detailed report which they explained to me of their findings. I was greeted very warmly from the moment I entered the store. They also provided water, coffee, and friendly conversation. Highly recommend if you are in the Phoenix area.

I cannot say enough about the crew at Christian Brothers Automotive Happy Valley! I recently had the turbo fail on my 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. I called Christian Brothers and explained what was happening and spoke to a very friendly person that said that they would be happy to help. I dropped the car off and explained that I had a third party warranty that should help cover the costs. They provided a shuttle to get me back home as well! Christian Brothers worked with the warranty provider flawlessly and kept me informed of their progress every step of the way via phone calls and text messages. I never felt out of the loop. I've never had such a great experience at a repair facility before. Such friendly, honest people that really care about your vehicle, but above all else care about YOU! Great job Christian Brothers! Christian Brothers Auto Shop, is not only professional but they are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. Angel, was the representative who helped us with our business van and he let us know everything that was needing to be repaired from immediate repairs to less immediate repairs. They take pictures also! Not to mention the garages area where they work on your vehicle is so immaculate, including the front lobby.

Excellent service. Called to get a quote for Passenger CV Axel and Kevin was the associate who took my call. He was very fast with giving me a quote and was able to get me in asap. They were very efficient and very helpful. I will definitely come here again.
