Cinemark Mesa 16

We took our toddler to his first movie last month and it was such a fun experience, especially since I had not been to this theater in years. The parking was easy, the lobby was small but had everything we needed and the big reclining seats with clear sound and picture made it a great visit.

Im not too thrilled about whats going on with this theater 🤨 you close the kitchen early and we still wanted a refill on our popcorn and drink 🤔, and when your lines are long there is only 1register open and the workers are just talking so I walk to the other register and asked may you please open up another register and I was told no not yet while the 1 line is getting longer this is ridiculous 🤪. You will lose us as a customer including my family. So can you give us customers the heads up when your going to make changes like senior day & $5 day ?

This is an awesome movie theater and any issues I've had have been resolved or compensated even when I wasn't looking for it. I've been here over 10 times now and I've been there about 5 or 6 sense being part of their rewards program "which is totally worth it btw" you get a free ticket every month.And if you don't use it that month, it's stacks plus you get a discount on snacks and drinks, you can pre-order those things as well to be delivered to your seat.So I dont have to stop by the concessions.

The staff is so friendly! Matthew was so kind and Chris was so nice and helpful! He went above and beyond to make our experience the best! The theatre is nice, small, but clean with comfortable reclining seats, amazing speakers and addicting popcorn!

CINEMARK "experience" is nothing special. seats recline but they are so cramped together it takes away from the movie You will litterally touch elbows. We came to expect a sparse experience due to AMC and Harkins but I think Cinemark can do better especially since Hollywood isnt producing much entertainment anymore. Concessions are super expensive.
