Had to come in for their 15 year celebration menu where they brought back a few fan favorites - the pork belly pastrami and pan seared scallops. Table side Chopped salad is always a must as well. This was our first time dining at this restaurant from Maricopa and it did not disappoint! The Citizen cocktail was amazing! My husband had the beef stroganoff and said it was delicious with a southwest flare (and he doesn’t even like southwest flare). I had the salmon and it was some of the best salmon I’ve ever had (and lived in the pacific NW) with some good seafood. I loved how the menu was labeled for gluten free (gf) which I am. Also splurged on the flourless, chocolate almond torte. Definitely would go back for a special occasion type celebration, and atmosphere.

This is a very fancy restaurant so I would definitely dress nice for the occasion!! I ordered the Short Ribs which was amazing, but the barbecue sauce was too pungent. They have a huge variety of drinks to choose from! The menu is small and a little pricey. I definitely recommend coming to this restaurant in AZ!

I cannot express how truly WONDERFUL and above and beyond our experience was. My mother was graduating with her masters and me and my siblings were flying in to surprise her. We reserved a table at CPH and called to see if they would help us with the surprise and they seemed really happy to do so. When we arrived they were expecting us, had reserved a special room for us, they filmed the surprise for us, and just made the whole experience a memory we will never forget. My mom said it was the biggest surprise of her life, and it couldn’t have happened without Tanner and the staff that night. Aside from the service, the food was also amazing! At our table we ordered several different things and everything was unique, well thought out, had complexity in flavor, and was the cherry on top for our experience.

Second visit and food was amazing just like my first experience! Their chopped salad was my personal favorite and their menu seems to have been updated since my last visit so I tried a few more new dishes like short ribs, zaatar cauliflower, and beef stroganoff. As for the atmosphere, it was a bit dark for photos and noise level was pretty high during the evening. Would come back for the chopped salad and pasta menus!
