We had a great night here this weekend. It was nice to have the kids do bowling and arcades while we gambled a bit. We have teens, so they were able to do their own thing, but not be too far from us. The club registration was the quickest I've ever experienced. We got like 20 bucks in free play, a cup, a shirt and walked away with enough winnings to cover our entire little trip. I can't wait to come back!

Just came for a 1 night stay but the service here is awesome, the room in the towers hotel was very clean, and dinner at 3 Sisters was amazing and so were the employees! We had breakfast at Mountain Springs-Steak and 3 eggs any style, plus hashbrowns and toast all just 12.95! The server was great! All employees anywhere in this place were 5 star! Definetly will return. (We did not win money, but thats ok) Thank you so much!

My family and I visited here this past weekend. Due to the size of my family, I reserved connecting rooms, one of which was a king bed executive suite and the other a connecting double queen bed. Upon our arrival, the front desk staff (Felix) informed me that the room connected to the king suite was now occupied. He also added that connecting rooms could not be reserved together, which sounded peculiar, especially since it had not been an issue when I reserved them connecting just earlier that morning. There were also a few things that were noticeable when we got to the rooms. First, I noticed that the pull-out couch in the suite had stains on the mattress material. I was told that the suite came with both a microwave and a fridge; however, there was no microwave, and the fridge had a half-eaten piece of cheesecake inside. And lastly, the telephone in the room didn’t work; there was no dial tone, and the staff member who brought the linen said that there was nothing that could be done about it. And just for the sake of transparency, I feel I need to add that the front desk staff member, Felix, was extremely rude. Initially, when explaining to him the importance of my family having the connecting rooms, he stated that he could not remove customers from their rooms or put us ahead of anyone, as if that was what we had requested. I sincerely hope there is another casino in the Camp Verde/Cottonwood area. I cannot see my family or anyone I share this experience with visiting there again.

We booked this room last minute because we were visiting family nearby and it was surprisingly pleasant. I didn't give 5 stars for the room because I found a juice box straw on the floor (we didn't have any kids with us) and a piece of gel (?) nail polish in the grout in the bathroom. The room itself was fairly clean and it did have a mini fridge although it didn't seem to be cold (we were only there for the night and didn't need it otherwise I probably would've called the front desk). They did have an ice machine, vending machine and microwave in the Cantina on our floor. We were able to go down to the casino for a bit to see what they had and they had quite a few games that I've never seen before however I don't frequent casinos often so I'm not sure if they were new games or not lol. We really went down to check out the restaurants. They had several places to eat but I fell in love with the hot dogs at Three Sisters (and I'm not a hot dog eater lol) which also served Starbucks drinks. The breakfast at their restaurant where they offer buffets was surprisingly good as well. Unfortunately I didn't have my phone when we ate but we had chile rellenos, a Denver omelet, pancakes and a waffle. I subbed my toast option with a biscuit and gravy. The biscuit was soft and delicious but the gravy wasn't phenomenal, maybe if I added more salt and pepper? But I'm usually not one to add seasoning to my plate because I like to taste the food itself. The omelet was decent, I loved the chile rellenos and the pancake and waffle were pretty good. I did have my phone to snap a pic of some of the beautiful artwork.

Rooms were awesome. Big bathroom and a big spacious suite. The hotel was clean and smell very good. Some Casino hotels smell horrible but this one knows how to keep it smelling fresh. Nice views from the rooms.
