Only a star due to the fact that’s the only way you can make a review. Came in out of pure convenience to go to Better Buzz Nextdoor and wait as I had coffee with my daughter. As I pulled in, the lady came right up to me and said you need synthetic it’ll be 99.95 I said I’ve never gotten full synthetic. I’ve always gotten a synthetic blend. I’ve been going to Toyota and Big Ol Tires forever. I have a 2014 almost 300 and thousand miles and my car has been fine. Of course she has to scare me and do the whole I can’t warranty it out if your engine blows, you shouldn’t drive when the light comes on all the things. It’s a very sad day when they have even women talking to women, as if they don’t know what they’re doing. I’m very bothered the synthetic blend. It’s $50 and I’ve been doing it forever and she said she’d have to have me sign something saying the warranty wouldn’t work. I have no idea what she’s talking about. My car’s not been under warranty in forever anyways very bothersome they should give the customer what they want. Not trying to make money off of them. I am used to men doing this anytime I walk in to anything for my car, however to have a woman do it was quite bothersome and to try to do the scared tactic thing.

You don't get much for $110 here glass and mirrors still filthy didn't even wipe down the seats or side of center console cupholders filthy fenderwells filthy three out of four tires cleaned. Didn't even vacuum Update after response. This is the exact corporate BS response that I expected. You will get no more business from me or my Business.

I come here to get my car washed, vacuumed out and wiped out on the inside also. I get the Premium Package. They are friendly and do a good job. This location has full services and has a large inside waiting area. It’s not nearly as comfortable though as the previous location I used in Chandler on Alma School Road. Not much help inside either. I do like my clean car! Thanks all!!

This is the absolute worst Car Wash in all of Arizona do not waste a dime here it was 140 bucks to clean the truck. I had one of my employees take it there to clean it. She just brought it back. They charge 20 bucks to clean mats in this thing is still filthy. Stay away from these people. It’s a shame that you have to give them one star because they don’t deserve anything.

The manager working outside on 2/26/26 earned this review. The service took so long I had to leave before they could even dry it. The truck in front of me also had to leave before me and the lady was able to take her truck no hassle. Manager has extremely poor customer service skills. The only productive thing he was doing folding towels when he should have been helping the other employees finish vehicles. Will be driving out of my way to the other location where me and my time are treated with respect.
