Cobblestone Auto Spa Tempe

This is what my car looked like after a full service wash…….. i’ve been to cobblestones before, and I’ve never had an experience like this. This is my first time at this cobblestone, I would not go to this location. The inside of my car was also barely vacuumed and cupholders, as well as console was not touched.

Damn, talk about a mess of a place. I hate to be owner of this business, employees are clueless. Sold me the wrong car wash, ask me extra for the full service to be wiped down. I said I thought that’s what I paid for. Give them the receipt, then they lost the receipt then they wanted me to pay for the full service, i said fine just-add to one i paid, not doable, guy that took my receipt denied receiving it. Had to drive through one more time to clean up this truck because the brushes didn’t get half the dust, truck was just dirty/dusty not reeally dirty-even if you offered these people money they won’t be able to take it from you. This seems like a problem coming from really poor management and poor training. Place was empty completely, but at least they did not try to upsell at all🤣

I've been going to cobblestone since they opened on pima and Frank Lloyd Wright over ten years ago. Used to be awesome but the last few times I've been very disappointed. Against my better judgement (because vacuuming has been an issue lately) I bought a supreme wash. It was nice to sit and wait while they were supposedly cleaning my vehicle. With no other vehicles in the line I thought there was no way they'd mess up...I tipped $5 and left without checking because I was certain they do a good job because they weren't rushed. Wrong! $28 later and I have to vacuum and dust myself...never going back. Too many times now and it's not saving me any time when I have to go over everything...what's the use of the guy in the maroon shirt? He's supposed to ensure a good job is done before handing over the vehicle but no... I pulled over at the home depot down the street to take pictures. I could've gone back but I'm tired of them because I've had to do that the last few times. They simply will not receive my business again. There are other options. The outside had dirt and bugs and the wheels were not completely wiped down. The inside was not vacuumed properly, mats weren't put back correctly, dirty everywhere...hard to believe I paid people to do this...it wasn't much better than when I brought it in.

Baddest service I ever seen in all over America I’m 22 years old and I showed them my driving license for verification of my age, but they declined because my license is horizontal and that will expire after three years how I can get a like new one earlier even their supervisor doesn’t know anything I don’t know who made them supervisor. If the owner of the store is seeing this thing, please improve your employers their rubbish.

I was just at the Tempe cobblestone on baseline today, the blowers blew off the decal on the back of my BMW, they had to go into the car wash to obtain the decal. It was dented from hitting the ground, but they claimed that it was existing damage and they would not fix it. The decal won’t even fit back onto the car because of the dent. I spoke with Raymundo, who kept blowing me off, and Mario, who was extremely condescending when he was showing me the video. Mario claimed that there was an air pocket underneath the decal which caused their blowers to blow it off. He also said that their machines didn’t do the damage, but it was the air that did the damage, and they are not responsible for the air that their machines blow. I’m now dealing with the corporate customer service. Be wary of these shady characters.
