Many other better options. Took my car in for the $25 service. They half assed wiped things down still dust on the dashboard. They missed 2 inches of the top of the windows. Rims were only wiped on the bottom so once I parked at home the black was still all over the rims. I went back and showed them they didn’t even vacuum the trunk and I was told I needed to ask them for that. They offered to do over but it would be a while. Didn’t bother I can clean up there mistakes in 10 minutes. Just a rip off.

Here we go again. If I wasn't so close, I would never come to this one. But the reason I do come here is for the convenience and the convenience only. The problem is when I bring my car here. I still have to park it to wipe it off. The guy's up at the so called finish line are terrible. To have to get out and wipe my car down. Because they left it on the finish line for over 20 minutes. It's just ludicrous! Thanks for proving why I don't give you guys tips! Terrible terrible terrible! Spots on my windows still and my rims look like crap! I hope someone comes up with a better car wash soon. Because these guys cornering, the market in Phoenix is terrible. Almost all of your locations have less than four stars. AND IT SHOWS

Everyone is extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. The quality of the work and cleaning my car and periodic detailing has always been excellent, and they have always accommodated any touchups that I needed when I went to retrieve my car unlike so many other car wash companies

Absolutely poor job. $35 for a wash and apparently that doesn’t get the back half of your car cleaned. Grass in the back they didn’t even try to vacuum. Many interior surfaces with a fine layer of dust they didn’t even bother to run a cloth over. Exterior had a ton of spots I got off with simple paper towel wipe. Windows still spotty and smudged. My kid could’ve done better.

I guess this is another place that takes advantage of women who don't seem very knowledgable about vehicle maintenance. My girlfriend came in for an oil change, and has never been to cobblestone before. She was under 2k miles over her recommended oil change interval. That being said the tech's recommended an extra $40 worth of services. Oil system cleaner, and oil treatment. They have no prior knowledge of the vehicle service history. Anyways. She agrees to it because they made it seem like it was necessary when it's 100% not necessary. Good job cobblestone. One more establishment for us to avoid. But hey, y'all got that 1 time $40 extra vs a regular customer. 👍
