$125 for a 3rd grade fundraiser wash. I waited 45m and had to take my own rag and finish the windshield and doors and I saw the wheels and just said forget it and left. Big rip off. This could be the best business model ever but here we are paying for children’s car washes at a premium when I could hand wash it in paradise valley 15x for the same cost and do better. I kid you not. This was 10m after I pulled out and got to my apartment…….

First time in to Cobblestone. I had a coupon for the Platinum Full Service Wash for 20 dollars. Pretty good deal. The staff are all very nice and polite. The wash was decent and mostly satisfactory for the price I paid. There were spots that were missed that I realized when I got home. Not terrible but the area by the bottom of the doors was missed. Could have been picked up at the front area with a quick spritz and wipe. I did that myself when I got home. Also had to wipe out some of the wheel dust on the four tire areas. But I didn't pay the extra ten dollars for wheel well cleaning so maybe it was because of that. Overall it was a decent wash and good cleaning of interior as well. My car is pretty old, and so am I, ( lol) so I'm on a budget and don't go often. The 20 dollars off was welcome! I will be back when I'm ready to wash again.

Not only do they do a wonderful job washing your car… But these people are really honest! I left my wallet there and it was found and put into a safe and not one dollar was missing. I am so appreciative and highly recommend. The manager Martin is really lovely as well. Thank you!

I’ve been all Cobblestone customer for about three years and even gave them an extra year hoping things would improve, but unfortunately they did not. I visited this location and others many times, and my car often had to be cleaned multiple times in a single visit because the work was incomplete or poorly done. There was one quality control employee (wearing a red shirt) who was consistently rude, mean-spirited, and unprofessional. I reported this behavior and the ongoing service issues to the general manager, who documented my concerns, but nothing changed. Despite acknowledging the problems, they continued charging my membership without resolving the issues. I am a mixed native woman from Jamaica woman with a Cadillac, and throughout my time there, I felt disrespected and treated unfairly. The level of care and professionalism I received did not match what I was paying for. I also paid $300 for a detailing service that was extremely disappointing and poorly done. Instead of refunding my money, the general manager offered me a $300 gift card—as if I would want to return and use their services again just to get my car cleaned properly. That response summed up the entire experience: dismissive and frustrating. Overall, this was a messy, disappointing experience from start to finish. Customer concerns are not taken seriously, service quality is inconsistent, and accountability is lacking. I would not recommend Cobblestone based on my experience.

I had a frustrating experience at Cobblestone Car Wash that unfortunately left me both disappointed and annoyed. I paid for the Polish & Shine wash (a mid-tier option), expecting at least a decent result. Instead, my car came out still visibly dirty, with clear dust and dirt remaining on the windshield and driver side mirror. When I pointed it out to the attendant, instead of taking accountability or offering a solution, he almost made it sound like it was my fault the car was dirty in the first place. To make matters worse, he tried to upsell me on a membership and a full detail — neither of which made sense given the poor service I had just received. I had to ask multiple times just to be allowed to go through the wash again. On the second run, they gave me the Platinum wash (their top-tier option), which I hadn’t paid for — clearly acknowledging the first wash wasn’t up to standard. Even then, the result was mediocre at best. Between the poor wash quality and the dismissive attitude, I left feeling like I had wasted my time and money. Cobblestone needs to focus less on sales tactics and more on delivering the basic service customers are paying for.
