Cobblestone Auto Spa - Tucson

I’ve been all Cobblestone customer for about three years and even gave them an extra year hoping things would improve, but unfortunately they did not. I visited this location and others many times, and my car often had to be cleaned multiple times in a single visit because the work was incomplete or poorly done. There was one quality control employee (wearing a red shirt) who was consistently rude, mean-spirited, and unprofessional. I reported this behavior and the ongoing service issues to the general manager, who documented my concerns, but nothing changed. Despite acknowledging the problems, they continued charging my membership without resolving the issues. I am a mixed native woman from Jamaica woman with a Cadillac, and throughout my time there, I felt disrespected and treated unfairly. The level of care and professionalism I received did not match what I was paying for. I also paid $300 for a detailing service that was extremely disappointing and poorly done. Instead of refunding my money, the general manager offered me a $300 gift card—as if I would want to return and use their services again just to get my car cleaned properly. That response summed up the entire experience: dismissive and frustrating. Overall, this was a messy, disappointing experience from start to finish. Customer concerns are not taken seriously, service quality is inconsistent, and accountability is lacking. I would not recommend Cobblestone based on my experience.

I bought a platinum full service for $40 but I received the equivalent of a $5 to $7 drive thru car wash. They are focusing on sales rather that delivering a customer satisfying service.

First time in to Cobblestone. I had a coupon for the Platinum Full Service Wash for 20 dollars. Pretty good deal. The staff are all very nice and polite. The wash was decent and mostly satisfactory for the price I paid. There were spots that were missed that I realized when I got home. Not terrible but the area by the bottom of the doors was missed. Could have been picked up at the front area with a quick spritz and wipe. I did that myself when I got home. Also had to wipe out some of the wheel dust on the four tire areas. But I didn't pay the extra ten dollars for wheel well cleaning so maybe it was because of that. Overall it was a decent wash and good cleaning of interior as well. My car is pretty old, and so am I, ( lol) so I'm on a budget and don't go often. The 20 dollars off was welcome! I will be back when I'm ready to wash again.

Outstanding Customer Service – Angela is Amazing! Angela is absolutely exceptional at the car wash entrance. From the moment you arrive, she welcomes you with a warm smile and provides clear, thoughtful guidance for the Auto Wash services. She always takes the time to explain the options and genuinely recommends the best services based on your needs, never rushing and never cutting corners. Her work ethic is truly impressive. She is extremely hardworking, attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel informed and confident in their choices. Every time I see her at work, I’m honestly amazed by her dedication, professionalism, and positive energy. Angela sets a very high standard for customer service, and she makes a real difference in the overall experience. She is a true asset to the team. Highly recommended!

Not only do they do a wonderful job washing your car… But these people are really honest! I left my wallet there and it was found and put into a safe and not one dollar was missing. I am so appreciative and highly recommend. The manager Martin is really lovely as well. Thank you!
