I have been to the Gilbert location multiple times and every time it’s been a great experience. Friendly staff, indoor and outdoor seating and great drink and food selection. Having NFL Sunday Ticket makes it a great spot to spend a couple hours on Sunday’s. Every server, bartender and manager have been helpful and polite (watching the manager change all the TVs to the certain games for every patron was especially impressive). This is my go to spot for regular season NFL Sunday’s. Would love to be able to reach out via email as well if that’s possible. Thanks!

Food was excellent (as always) however this review is for Brittany and the excellent service she provided! She was extremely attentive (probably one of the most attentive) servers we have ever had at any restaurant! My mother had just gotten out of cateract surgery and wanted a burger so we came to CBC. Brittany was kind enough to brew her some coffee since she hadn't had any all morning. Our food was excellent like I said as always! But the service really was above exceptional!

I dont like to leave negative reviews but tried sever times to call a manager with no success. I took my father in law, wife and daughter there. We were having a good time until our waitress changed the mood completely. Very rude and unprofessional. We stayed and I did give her the full 20% tip but felt i needed to share my thoughts.

The Olineman is back and it is awesome. We started with the cheeseburger fries and double fried mozzarella sticks, then had the club sandwich, the southwest burger, and the famous Olineman and everything tasted great. Even with fight night and a big crowd we were seated fast, the service was amazing, and the bathrooms were clean.

Fell terrible to leave this review. But management has to figure something out. All the servers are working very hard, and I’m sure the cooks are as well. The management is the issue, they need to either hire more servers and/or cooks or segment the staff and include bussers, hosts, servers, etc. We unfortunately had maybe the worst experience at a restaurant ever (we’ve either been lucky or didn’t care on other occasions). Sat down and it took 10-15 minutes before anyone came to get our order, which at that point it’s not a big deal, it happens. But after over 45 minutes of waiting for burgers and fries with no notice of “I’m sorry the kitchens backed up” or “sorry, we had a few call outs today”. I finally tracked down our waiter and asked about our order. She never stopped or said anything, she just pointed to the kitchen and kept walking, then 5 minutes later they brought out our food. Just set the food down, did not say anything or ask if we needed anything and went on about the day. Now let’s talk food! Every one of our 6 people’s proteins were cold, fries were hot and fresh but having cheeseburgers in your name should set a certain expectation lol. After food came, we didn’t see our waiter till I chased her down on the way back from going up front myself to grab to go boxes. If it was one or the other (service or food), this review is not written. Plenty of times I have had terrible food and plenty of times had terrible service. But having both is just absurd, and I don’t blame the staff what so ever. I can see how hard everyone is working, it’s all the management. You stretch your workers so thin that they are overwhelmed and aren’t able to take the time to cater to the table as they are constantly just running around to next issue at hand. The people next to us even sent the burgers back (I assume because they were cold as well). So stopping saving a few dollars on having the minimum staff. You finally gave us a $10 discount, where you wouldn’t have to if you spent that $10 dollars for an extra runner or busser. Just a terrible experience and feel terrible for being slightly grumpy with my server, as I am aware it’s not her fault. Very simple fixes, that can completely change the entire atmosphere of the restaurant.
