Nathaniel massa and Zachary walker. Two days in a row, I had Comfort guys out for inspections. Central air & heat, and plumbing. Many thanks to both for Explaining things so I can make better decisions. My Rattle I had for a few yrs, Nathaniel Fixed! The patience with all my damn questions was So appreciated by me of Zachary. Comfort Experts did an excellent job repairing our HVAC system. We had no heat from either of our systems during this cold snap and they came out same day! Bailey was our technician, and he was truly outstanding—kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and very informative. He took the time to answer all of our questions and it was clear he genuinely cares about his customers. Professional, trustworthy service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

For my ac follow up, Connor, the service tech is the best. He is very respectful, patient and takes time to explain everything in details. It's nice when theres a ac company you can depend on and honest. The prior ac company i had, not so. I would like to have Conner as my assigned ac tech. Thx Comfort Experts!

Our ac/heat was due for a maintenance checkup as it was coming on too frequently. Anthony came and resolved the problem and took the time to explain our smart thermostat to us. He was very patient and informative. I am very happy we used comfort experts to install our unit and for their continued excellent service.

I had 2 different companies come out and give me quotes on repairing my AC, both companies quoted me around the same price ($3500), wanted me to replace pretty much everything except the unit itself. Comfort Experts came out and actually found the problem and the solution and fixed it.. I was impressed by Anthony. His knowledge was top notch. He actually listened to what I said was the problem and you could literally see the wheel turning in his head as he went to work. Super impressed, he even dropped some knowledge on me that made things easy to understand. Because of Anthony, I will be making them my go to AC company for sure. I know I can trust their word or at least his word. It's been a long time since I was impressed by an AC company and now I will continue to use them. Thanks for the the great service.
