Went in to see a $100k Phoenix boat and Joe Uribe turned me on to the new Vexus aluminums. Ended up with a Vexus 1980 and couldn’t be happier. All the perks of a fiberglass in an aluminum. With a 150 motor it gets 55mph plus very quickly which is enough for me. I wouldn’t have thought about this boat without Joe telling me all about it. Very knowledgeable salesman and handled everything flawlessly from beginning to when I drove the boat off the lot. Great incentives were offered as well. This is the second boat I have bought here. Complete always handled any issues with my first boat which is why I came back there. Stop by and see Joe if you are looking for a new boat!

Other than buying a boat here, there's not much to say about the place. The service department could definitely be more helpful and more informative. I took my boat in to have a battery auxiliary kit installed. Before i took it in. I asked what the labor cost would be. I was told $169.99 for 1 hour of labor. While it was there. I asked if it was possible to tighten up the cleats. The front right one to be exact. They said, "No problem." i got a phone call, and apparently, now the bill was $280. I get informed that they charged me to tighten up the cleats on the boat when that information was left out in the beginning. I also had another matter with them. The trailer boat guide poles kept "melting," and it got to the point that their parts guys assumed i was "installing" them wrong and were getting "tired" of replacing them for me. Edit. Went back to pick up my boat after the auxiliary kit was installed and talked to Frank, the service manager, took the time and made it right. Waived the labor on the cleats for me and just charged me for the installation of the kit. Definitely wanted to make sure I was happy and a returning customer. Service like this goes a long way! Thanks, Frank!

The parts department guy is probably the coolest dude ever. He helped me on so many different occasions even when I wasn’t making huge purchases.

Great Dealership! We chose this dealership after looking around town, these guys were the most genuine. They took the time to explain things to us when it was a 100 degrees in the summer. with sweat dripping down their brows they were happy to explain anything we needed for our new boat.
