Do not move here. The front desk lady is never in the office, so getting any kind of help is impossible. Maintenance takes weeks just to fix the simplest things, and in the meantime you’re stuck dealing with the issues on your own. There are roaches inside the units, and the property overall feels unsafe — homeless people are constantly hanging around the trash or even swimming in the pool. The place is poorly kept, with landscaping done maybe once a month if that. Living here has been nothing but frustrating, and the management clearly doesn’t care about the residents or the property. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere

After 2 and a half years living in this property, we are finally out. Unfortunately I dare to say that it is the worst place I came to live where you can rent. We were living in this property for all this time because our daughter's school was too close, and also because we believed that the new owner of the property was going to make new improvements in the units (like promised us). For our luck, it got worse. I repeatedly reported a water leak in the kitchen, until I asked the maintenance guy to help me because it was a long wait, until he told me that there was no maintenance personnel, and that they were bringing him from another place. The same happened with the water heater, took us 5 months to wait to get fix. The refrigerator broke down, and after 2 months waiting to fix this issue when I told the manager that I was going to leave the broken refrigerator in her office because it was too much, they immediately took another one. The day I went to deliver my letter of the last month lease, the new manager told us that 200 dlls we are not going to get back for some fee that the owner had imposed, and that fee was in the contract. To the surprise of this new manager, my contract did not say that, but at the end, they invented a charge of 120dlls because we left the apartment dirty, and I have photos that prove that the apartment was delivered clean. If you plan to live in this place, I recommend that you think about it very well, because unfortunately it is also a local piglet. It took me a long time to realize the kind of place where I put my family, and I hope nobody else makes the same mistake as us. With this review, I don't think they get to do much. DON'T FORGET TO TAKE PICTURES TO PROVE THEM HOW YOU LEAVE CLEAN THE PLACE, THEY WILL SAY THEY HAVE DIFFERENT PICTURES

I have lived here since 2018. The complex is quiet. I haven't had any issues that weren't tend to regarding maintenance. The property itself is kept clean. There have been several property managers since I've been here. I have to say that the current manager Brenda is always very helpful and understanding. She goes above and beyond to help meet the tenants needs. She stays connected with the residents and makes herself available to communicate with. I am very grateful to have her as a property manager. :)

I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone ! I lived here for 6 years and it was the worse mistake of my life . I moved out in April 17th 2025 and I was told that I would get my security deposit and haven’t got it back it’s been almost 3 months . I have communicate with the property manager ( Liz Quintana ) and haven’t got a respond more like I’ll check into it . I have called Everest as well and they weren’t no help ! I have called 3 times they would tell me someone would call me back and never got a return phone call . I’m leaving this bad review cause it seems like they don’t any to give my deposit back . DONT MOVE HERE POOR Communication ..

I have only been living here for a month but I am very impressed. The apartment manager was very nice and extremely helpful. The move in process took less than a week to complete before I was able to move in. I have had no maintenance issues or community issues. The laundry room is available 24/7 and all the washer & dryers work and work well, which is a very big plus in my book. I love how small the community is and it's relatively quiet. The management is very understanding and willing to help. I am very happy living here.
