Under the antique heater, in the garage, under the house foundation with post tension cables sewer repair is never a diagnosis you want to hear. Cummings knocked it out of the park. Five days, in and out. From extraction of old hvac, Penhall survey of post tension cables, coring the foundation, the dig, the repair, the backfill, recementing of the foundation, and installation of new hvac system. Faster than I expected, excellent work, and the clean up was impeccable.

My second experience with this company sucked. A simple clog turned into a repipe sale and wound up contaminating the property with feces, toilet paper, and sewer water. The technician, Kyri Markos didn't do anything to address my problem except to do an inspection and show me other problems under the house. He was more interested in selling me a repipe job rather than doing anything about the original problem, saying the clog was the responsibility of the to park. He did call the park office and tell them of the clog I called Cummings about originally. Rather than negotiating with the park to do the job at their experience, he postponed the unclog to the next day when the repipe job was to be done. In the mean time the waste from houses sharing the sewer line uphill from my house drained into into my yard when he left the access hole uncapped. Gratefully, the park office reacted to the situation and sent another plumber who snaked out the clogged pipe and cleared the clog. The next morning a park staff worker came and did a great job cleaning up the aftermath of the sewage spill.

I was quite satisfied with the service I received from Cummings Plumbing when my kitty faucet broke. The person who took my call was pleasant and efficient. They got someone to help quickly which was important as I was without a working kitchen sink. The plumbing repair person, Kyriakos Markou, did a great job. He was professional and personable. He explained everything and assisted me to make the choices which were best for me without pressure. The job was done correctly and quickly. My kitchen was actually left cleaner than it was beforehand.

Jorge and Junior did a wonderful job installing drywall in my laundry room. I am very happy with the results. Posting b4 and after pics.

So my AC and water heater went on the fritz, some other issues with outlets and lights as well. I had TEP come by the day before to tell me everything was fine and left. My problems were still ongoing. I looked up a local electrician company on Google Cummings had good reviews. So I set an appointment late in the evening. They responded within 12 hours. Kris and Jimmy, two of their electricians were able to solve my electrical issues in under 20 minutes. I had a blown main breaker that burnt/damaged the neutral bust bar slightly. Resulting in low voltage issues causing my problems. They had it swapped out in 10 minutes. It fixed all the low voltage issues with my home. Highly recommend these guys
