Delux Burger

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Delux Burger Express, located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The staff member who assisted me was extremely unprofessional—she threw my food at me in a blatantly disrespectful manner. When I politely asked for her name, she refused to provide it. Furthermore, the food was of very poor quality and tasted unpleasant. This level of service and food preparation is entirely unacceptable, especially at a major international airport that serves as a gateway to the city of Phoenix. I strongly urge airport management to investigate Delux Burger Express and take the necessary corrective measures. Experiences like this negatively impact travelers and reflect poorly on the airport as a whole

Burgers are just ok and the service is slow. More important…$20+ for a normal burger?!? Shares a common seating area with a few other places, which is fine but it’s often crowded and tables are dirty.

My partner and I ate here and we were underwhelmed. The prices were egregious ($30 for a burger, fries, and a soda) and the food was very slow to come out. They had made a mistake with my burger and remade it, leaving me with an extra sandwich my partner tried. We both felt sickly while eating the burger in particular because the meat was so greasy. Overall we recommend buying a snack at a nearby gift shop as opposed to overpaying here.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the service I received at the Delux Burger in the PHX airport was exceptionally horrible. I was never greeted when I walked up to the counter. That should’ve been the first sign not to spend my money there. In any case, I used the self-order station to order fries. When my fries were put on the counter to be bagged, they fell over. Instead of tossing them and getting fresh fries, the worker proceeds to scoop them up in his hand and stuff them back in the carton. The girl at the counter then proceeds to give me those smashed up, dirty fries. Apparently, they didn’t know I was watching. When I ask the girl for another thing of fries because they spilled out, she seemed like she an attitude lol. Like how ridiculous can you be to think anybody would want those. And how hard is it to just get another carton of fresh fries?? I should’ve just gotten my money back because I don’t even know if she exchanged them, or just brought back those same fries. I seriously urged the manager at this location to look into hiring new employees because the ones I encountered were just outright unprofessional.

The burger itself was 20 dollars and with fries and drink totaling up to 30 dollars for the worst fast food burger experience of my life
