■ We contracted with Desert Crest LLC 4 years ago for a complete backyard remodel. From the very beginning, they were professional, detail-oriented, and delivered a finished product that far exceeded our expectations. They weren’t the lowest bid, but the quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism made them the best choice by far. Recently, I reached out to Desert Crest for help with several loose and raised travertine tiles. Charles Eisler, our original designer, personally came to our home to review the issue. Although we were long past the official warranty period, Charles scheduled a crew to make the repairs at no charge. A few days later, two workers spent the entire day relaying close to 100 tiles, and the results look brand new. This level of service, years after the project was completed, speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Both owner Jesse Inzunza and designer Charles Eisler have been incredible to work with. We are proud of the backyard they created for us, and we continue to be impressed by their professionalism and care. We had an amazing experience with Desert Crest! They recently installed artificial turf for our yard and handled all the new irrigation work as well. The team was incredibly fast, efficient, and professional from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked hard, and left everything looking spotless. We had Desert Crest install travertine tiles after they removed all the flagstone from our front, side, and backyards. Jessie did a fantastic job planning the new installation, submitting all the required documentation for approval by our HOA, and supervising his excellent crew. The team’s work was meticulous from the removal of the flagstone to the cleanup following the installation of the travertine. We could not have asked for a better experience. I strongly recommend Jessie and Desert Crest. Their concern for the client and for the quality of their work cannot be surpassed.

We used Desert Crest to update our landscaping this year and we’ve been very happy with the results. Their use of landscape design software really brings the project to life before it’s even started! They did an amazing job creating beautiful travertine paths and outdoor fireplace sitting area, accented by vegetation and cactus. They transformed our front yard with bushes, cactus and a dry river bed that our neighbors always compliment. We had some minor miscommunications early on in the project and a few plants that needed to be replaced after the project finished, but Jesse was very responsive and fair, and ensured the work was done correctly. Would definitely recommend them!
