Casino’s Customer Service Waitresses are awesome!! You play and they come to you with great personality and serve you right away with your cocktails, beer’s and soft drinks. Great job. Week days and nights are so much pleasant and you can play as many slots machines. Security Guards are always protecting you from the moment you walk in the entrance of the Casino or the Hotel. Very knowledgeable staff are always there for you when you’re walking around and need information. Thank you all and to our reservation’s staff day and night Jasmine & Marissa!!!! It was my first time at this casino. I played the poker tournament and then some slots. As a new player, I got $20 free play and $10 food voucher. The poker room is a little dated. They could use an update. Players and dealers were nice. Good variety of slot machines and I saw many people winning on those slots. I was on my way out thinking about how nice it was to see people winning for a change when a guy right in front of won a $19k Grand Jackpot. Nice! I used food voucher at the grill. Food was pretty typical and fairly priced. I will come back when I am in Tucson.

Poker Room started at 10 am, a single 1-2 NL was started and I got there a couple minutes late and had to wait 30 min or so for a second table, 1-3 NL to start up. Comfortable seating, nice staff. Drink station available right next door in Bingo area. Did not stay in hotel, just a quick in and out.

This was one of my worst experiences... If it takes over a couple of thousand dollars just for you to get a $10 voucher to eat.. I'm definitely in the wrong place I will not spend my hard-earned money there.. at this particular location ever again.. from the treatment I receive I would never.. recommend this place for anyone that wants to enjoy the weekend.. but the hospitality that I received their.. is far worse than I've ever experienced.. I don't even want to leave them one star.. but in order for you to see this message.. I must leave something... If you do decide to go.. make sure you eat first.. before playing.. if not.. you will regret it.. I believe you would have to play over 2000 something dollars in order for them to even give you a decent meal... Value at $10...NO MORE THAN THAT.... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.. also please watch out when buying the ribs.. make sure you request that there's no sauce on the ribs.. otherwise they will blanket it to where you can't see if it's cooked inside until you cut in it.. I had ordered it to go and boy did I pay Dearly... I waited for them to call me back and they never returned my Call.... I definitely wasn't going to chase them down.. I had to go back to work to have time to be on the phone with them.. asking Him/ Her.. why they didn't follow up with me.... Maybe because.. they simply don't care... I'll just leave it at that....

Did not feel safe there, we left way earlier than we were planning on. Lots of people who looked to be under the influence of narcotics acting up. One guy was making grunting sounds dancing around hitting buttons on machines with no money on them, invading my wife and I’s personal space as an example. There did seem to be a handful of security officers there by the door, but not policing the gaming area. The one drink we got was fair priced at least.
