Desert Diamond Casino Tucson

Poker Room started at 10 am, a single 1-2 NL was started and I got there a couple minutes late and had to wait 30 min or so for a second table, 1-3 NL to start up. Comfortable seating, nice staff. Drink station available right next door in Bingo area. Did not stay in hotel, just a quick in and out.

This was one of my worst experiences... If it takes over a couple of thousand dollars just for you to get a $10 voucher to eat.. I'm definitely in the wrong place I will not spend my hard-earned money there.. at this particular location ever again.. from the treatment I receive I would never.. recommend this place for anyone that wants to enjoy the weekend.. but the hospitality that I received their.. is far worse than I've ever experienced.. I don't even want to leave them one star.. but in order for you to see this message.. I must leave something... If you do decide to go.. make sure you eat first.. before playing.. if not.. you will regret it.. I believe you would have to play over 2000 something dollars in order for them to even give you a decent meal... Value at $10...NO MORE THAN THAT.... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.. also please watch out when buying the ribs.. make sure you request that there's no sauce on the ribs.. otherwise they will blanket it to where you can't see if it's cooked inside until you cut in it.. I had ordered it to go and boy did I pay Dearly... I waited for them to call me back and they never returned my Call.... I definitely wasn't going to chase them down.. I had to go back to work to have time to be on the phone with them.. asking Him/ Her.. why they didn't follow up with me.... Maybe because.. they simply don't care... I'll just leave it at that....

Went to the casino with friends. I hadn't been here for awhile I got my players card twenty dollars free play. Also received ten dollars extra for 55 plus rewards. If that isn't enough I received a ten dollar voucher that can be used anywhere in the casino for food alcohol or tobacco. I ate a cheeseburger at the grill it was delicious it came with fries also delicious. The staff were friendly informative and helpful. I left with a great experience and I will definitely return soon. The casino is clean modern accessible.

I haven't been in the rooms, I can sat they are good. I played free credit $20 for new members and had promotional lunch in the buffet. I chose slice of pizza and German Chocolate Cupcake. Yummy. Location is a bit rural but if you have a car, it isn't a problem. The casino is non-smoking, and it is also a plus for me as I don't like smoke. I do recommend if you like casino entertainment!

We make the trip from Phoenix to play bingo at the Nogales location. We've always had a great time. HOWEVER, on this last trip we had such a HORRIBLE experience each day we were there. The 'regulars' have taken over the bingo room and the staff has lost ALL CONTROL!! Ppl on their phones making Dr appt, watching movies on their phones, having extremely loud conversations while bingo is being played. VERY DISAPPOINTED. We won't be back!!! But maybe that's how they want it. You definitely aren't welcome if you're not a local!!! Very Sad!!
