1 star only cause no stars isn't an option. When I found this location 2 years ago it was great. Site manager walked me around. Showed me the security set up. Talked about how he patrols the lot checking power cords for over heating and would notify customers to help them out. He was also was willing to assist in cleaning or other tasks if around. That first year was great. I saw Andrew on site almost every time i was there. However, they sold phone/email customer support work and Andrew isn't with them any longer. Things got harder to do like upload insurance to their new site, or contact them about site issues. Aug 24th, 2025 I called to tell them power to my spot was out. They put me on hold to try and contact new site manager. After 15 minutes of being on hold told me they can't contact him. They will get back to me. I called/emailed weekly for the next month with the same results... 'can't contact their site manager to solve the problem. We will get back to you ASAP sir.' Then after a month they say they got a hold of new site manager, work will be scheduled to fix the power, I'll get notified when fixed. I was offered to change my site but was hopeful the fix would come quick (I was wrong). I got an email the end of October saying power will be fixed Thursday Oct 30th and I need to not plug more than one thing in at a time. This is 2 months after I notified them of the original issue. It's Nov 6th and I go to the site and it's still not fixed. Many trailers have cords stretching multiple sites to maintain power due to random power blocks out of service. I call them again and I'm told my last customer liaison is no longer with them, new guy (Alex) will call site manager and I can wait on hold. I said no, because I did that twice already but he can call me back when he knows the plan. I state I'd like: 1. Power fixed this week or 2. A new site that has power and/or 3. Compensation for 2 months plus of no power. Alex tells me that broken power at only a couple of posts is the electricians fault and not RecNation so they are not obligated to move nor compensate me. If it's not RecNations job to keep the plugs working at their facility, whose responsiblity is it? But he will call me back with the fix plan. That was yesterday morning and still nothing back tonight. The location is great, easy access to freeway, scales, etc... but the customer service has completely failed more and more since I joined them. Need to find a new place I guess that delivers what they say they deliver.

RecNation is my third and by far best RV Storage solution in Tucson. The facility is clean, secure and easily accessible. The availability of 110 VAC power to keep my batteries charged is fantastic.

Rec Nation has been a good place to store my Rv trailer. Always clean with easy access to it when needed. Sign up is always easy and the people helpful and friendly. I have recommended this establishment to several others.
