Desert Sun Pools

We moved to Phoenix in 2021 in the middle of COVID and we chose to start our build right away in spite of the risks related to supply chain issues of that time. Because of that, our build took quite a bit longer than most do now and we certainly had to work through some frustrations but those issues were situational and we realized that. We also wanted a relatively unique and challenging design that incorporated an existing waterfall feature in a yard on a hillside. Doug and Jeanna and team helped walk us through the process (it is our first pool) and took personal interest in our project’s success up to and including getting the pool up and running. The result is a stunning pool and backyard space that came out amazing even if it did take a bit longer than hoped to complete. We feel like the results speak for themselves and we get wide eyed compliments from everyone who sees the finished product. The Desert Tropics team has provided excellent customer support for any problems we have run into since completing the build.

We had a really terrific experience with Desert Tropics. We designed the pool in April, excavation started in late May, and the pool was finished by 4th of July! Casey was great to work with during the design phase and he worked very quickly to help us get the city and HOA approvals. Doug checked in on site at least twice a week and Gina was highly communicative about each step in the process. The person they had do the tile was very attentive to the smallest details. Overall it was a fast and easy experience and I would highly recommend them. We absolutely love our pool!!

I started with nothing but dirt ended with a backyard resort! Casey did a great design, Doug and Gina kept everyone on track. No delays, finished when promised! Casey would stop by to check on things and Doug was here at least twice a week. Nothing but good things to say about Desert Tropics and their sub-contractors. Every one was first rate!
