Dr. Wilson was my doctor this morning I have been felling down ever since this cough about 3-4 weeks ago. We can in today after seeing 2 other doctors over the last 3-4 weeks and he was so helpful. He took him time to completely understand what has been going on, he didn’t rush my care process. He gave us clear and detailed instructions and information on what’s going on and how we can fix this. I’m so happy because it’s been on going for so long I just want to feel better! Dr. Wilson your Amazing keep up the amazing and compassionate work that you do! Physicians like you are hard to come by! Thank you again.

I love this emergency room nurse Tim and doctor Boyack are the reason I always come back they are the nicest to me and my family anytime we come here. Thank you both for always making sure we are 100% taken care of and make us feel 100% comfortable and happy during some uneventful things that happen in life . God bless you both.

I had a very upsetting experience at Dignity Health this morning around 6:20 AM when I came in for excruciating throat pain. I woke up crying because of how severe the pain was and went to the hospital for help. I was later diagnosed with strep throat. While waiting in my patient room, I stepped out twice to ask for pain relief because the pain was unbearable. When the nurse finally brought medication, it was ibuprofen. I explained that I had already taken over 800 mg of ibuprofen prior to coming in and that it was not helping my pain. I respectfully asked if I could try a different medication. When Robert S. Orava, MD came in, he told me in a very rude and condescending manner that he would only offer ibuprofen and nothing else. His tone and attitude were dismissive and unprofessional. I asked if Tylenol was at least an option, explaining that I take ibuprofen frequently and it was not effective for this level of pain. Instead of showing empathy or offering solutions, he continued to respond rudely and made me feel like my pain and concerns did not matter. The nurse apologized to me for his behavior. That’s a clear indicator, I am not the only patient this has happen to. I left the hospital in tears, feeling dismissed, unsupported, and still in severe pain. No patient seeking help, especially for confirmed strep throat and severe pain- should be treated with such lack of compassion and professionalism. This was one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. Patients deserve to be listened to, treated with respect, and given appropriate care and empathy. AVOID DOCTOR ROBERT S. ORAVA.

4 minutes ago New Came to the ER around 1am because I had a sore throat so bad that I couldn’t breathe. I have never had this amount of pain in my life. It hurt to move my neck, talk or breathe. The front desk, nurse and physician were so rude and pretty much acted like I was over exaggerating. As someone in healthcare, it’s so disappointing to run into healthcare workers like this. All I was told was that it was just a “sore throat” and “it could be 3 different things” but got no diagnosis. Then pretty much told me to suck it up. I would definitely not be going to the ER for just a sore throat…I was sent home with ibuprofen and cough pearls. I am still in an incredible amount of pain today, and now stuck with a $1000 bill I can’t afford. Went to see a different doctor and diagnosed with tonsillitis. Antibiotics, steroid pack and other meds.

I took my Mom to be seen. I myself worked medical for 28 years. The care from the nurses Tim and Pete was absolutely amazing. This is a great example of how nurses should treat patients like they are their own loved one, which unfortunately you don't see very often. Thank you for a 5 star experience.
