Discount Tire - Glendale

Service was quick and got tires for a good price on my truck. Estevon is GREAT Unfortunately some of the shop technicians could use better training,accountability and common sense. They damaged my door handle getting in my truck from lot to service the tires and didn’t come forth with they’re mistake they instead tried to sweep it under the rug and not take responsibility for they’re poor action on not using my keyless entry system correctly. Estevon made it right and got a claim submitted for me to let corporate solve the issue. Would’ve been 5 stars for me, but coming from a mechanic background I’m dissatisfied with the technicians ability to provide honest good service. Hope my replacement handle comes out of that kids check

I went to drop off my daughter at an appointment took my 10 month old granddaughter and on the way back the check tire notice turned in. Went to discount and they told me that I needed a new tire. Since I was 10 min away from my house I didn’t take anything for my granddaughter and when I got there discount told me 1hr to 1 1/2 hr. No choice had to wait with my granddaughter. But the nice people had my car done in 1/2 an hour due to my circumstance. THANK YOU so much for great service and for your humanity. I truly appreciate this!

My family and I always have a good experience at this location. No matter who you work with, they always treat you kindly and explain what they're doing. They don't push you to buy a certain product and don't overcharge for services provided. We've worked with a handful of people but Alex, Jacob, and another gentleman are amazing. Definitely recommend coming here.

Super big shout out to the service personnel who came out to my friends pop-up "sidewalk" sale today. She was so very gracious and kind. Politely and respectfully allowing us to continue the sale for the rest of the day. It was an error on part not checking with them first. If this is the kind of customer service they offer, I'm sold. I just had new tires installed on my car in Sep, but when I need service in the future, this is where I would go.

I had a hard time deciding what I wanted. I have a 2001 Chevy Silverado. Matt and Luis helped me pick out the right tire and the right rims For my Project truck! Without their help, my truck would’ve looked terrible. Thank you! This location is very professional, and very helpful.
