Discount Tire - Mesa

Scheduled an appointment online to have all my tires replaced with this Discount team. Online scheduling made it much easier to get in and out. Incredibly fast! All the employees were super friendly. Very easy to work with. No push for up-sales. I drove into the parking lot at 12:17pm. They told me 45 minutes. I was driving out at 12:42pm! All four tires in 26 minutes! Straight up NASCAR!! Will absolutely use this team again! Definitely recommend!!

I took my Scion Xb in on September 4th to get my tire repaired as it had a screw in it. I was told there was a wait, of course, I expect that! I walked to nearby shopping when Richard called me. “Your front tires look worn.” He was correct! He offered to pro rate my tires…also nice! So no problem, I needed new tires! However, yesterday, I’m driving my family around and notice that my front passenger tire is flat. This tire was rotated from the rear and sure enough….same nail or screw stuck in the same place! Bad on me for not checking, bad on discount tire for rotating a tire with a nail in it to the FRONT!!!! Only where I steer and drive, no biggie if it fails! I went in for a free courtesy repair and left with 2 new tires and an opportunity for a catastrophic failure! Thankfully a tech at STG auto group removed it and patched it! He told me it was too close to the sidewall and would likely need replacing! Free advice that discount tire could have told me and could have made money on! Yeah I’m pissed! My kid drives this thing! They had 4 techs working on it, I don’t think it was communicated to them.

Scratched 2 of my rims in the process of putting new tires on and didn’t let me know about it. Very careless do better 😒

I stopped by on 09/27/2025 needing help with a security nut on my tire. Since I bought my car used, I had no way of removing it. I had already been to four different places with no luck before coming here—and I’m so glad I did! Mathew was an absolute delight to work with. I simply showed him a picture of my tire, and without hesitation, he recognized it as a DT special. He looked up my car by the VIN and discovered that the tires were actually under warranty from the previous owner! I had no idea—and no one else had caught that. Mathew was quick, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He saved me a lot of time, money, and stress. I truly appreciate the honest and efficient service I received. 10 out of 10 customer service. There should definitely be more people like Mathew in the world!
