5 stars is simply not enough to express how grateful I am for the wonderful service that was provided. It's truly a blessing to have such wonderful service from such a caring compassionate honest company. I was in a financial bind needing two new tires with no hope in sight. Discount Tires was there to help me understand the seriousness of my tire issues with clear education about them and offered to replace them both for a very tiny fraction of the price. This is more than a holiday miracle this is a true moment of human kindness. They didn't care about the sale they cared about my safety, and the safety of our communities. They did not care if I could afford the service or not. Never did I expect this type of kindness that I received today. Exceptional service is what they provide because they genuinely care for the safety of their clients and their communities. Had it not been for the wonderful treatment I received along with the low cost to replace the tires I would've been in a real bind. It's a true testimony of a higher power that moves through the hearts of everything created. Thanks for the excellent service. I recommend and will definitely be back for more service. I came in last minute before they closed, but was still helped, and with care and quickness. I had driven up from Tucson and the ride was very scary. Cameron (Cam) was the very nice and knowledgeable young man that helped me. He got me in and serviced even though they closed in less than 15 minutes. Pricing to fix all my issues was very reasonable and he helped me out since I was short on funds. If you're in the need, or before you are in need, go see Cam at Discount Tire on Main & Dobson in Mesa, you won't regret it!!!

I arrived at this Discount Tire at 2:30 PM to have my tire pressure checked and joined a line of five cars. What should have been a quick service turned into an over one-hour wait—and not because they were busy, but because the tire attendant spent more time talking about sports and unrelated topics than doing his job. At one point, he stood outside a customer’s car chatting for nearly 10 minutes while the rest of us waited. For context: it takes about 8 minutes to fill all four tires with air. When I finally pulled up, only 3 cars had been serviced in over an hour. That’s unacceptable. The situation got worse. The attendant commented on how frustrated I looked. When I responded that he seemed better suited for the lobby given how much he enjoyed talking, he immediately called his “manager” over. Instead of de-escalating or addressing the issue, the manager raised his voice and told me to leave—as if I were a child being scolded. This was the most unprofessional and amateur operation I’ve ever experienced at a Discount Tire. Poor time management, zero urgency, and leadership that responds to feedback by escalating instead of listening. If you value your time—or expect basic professionalism—do not come to this location. They will waste your time, and when you point it out, they’ll blame you for noticing.

I had appointment to replace all 4 tires. Got there they greeted right at my car before I got out. Staff was very nice . Everyone I encountered greeted and ask how I was doing. That was the fastest I been in and out for tire replacement. There for only 15 mins.

It all started with a tire pressure check where the employee recommended a tire rotation and said they do it for free. I took them up on their suggestion and got them rotated; the very next day my wheel cover fell off and was lost. A couple days later I made it back to the shop and told them what happened. They said I could wait a few days for them to order in the Toyota brand covers (I really wish I just did that especially since they look better, but I was hoping to not have to waste time coming back.) or I could go buy some generic covers from an auto shop store and they would pay me back. I took the latter and when I came back from shopping (took over an hour because the first store they sent me to was out) it took them a while to figure out how to refund me. The employee helping me had to call someone else for help and during that call it was revealed to me that they can only repay me in cash and they didn’t have any. They said they would just have to “wait for someone to pay in cash and we’ll call you in 2-3 days max to come pick up the money” that was NOVEMBER 5th. On Nov. 8th I got a voicemail from Steve that they hadn’t received any cash, but hadn’t forgotten me. I waited a whole month before I called on Dec. 9th to see what’s going on. Steve answers the phone and I ask if he remembers my situation. He says they’ve been trying to call me and I say I’ve gotten nothing (I even checked all my call logs for their number and made sure my voicemail box wasn’t full). I then ask why cant you just email me? He says great idea let me get your email for a second point of contact (they already confirmed my email last time I was there). Still nothing. IT IS NOW JANUARY 8TH AND I DONT THINK THEY EVER INTENDED ON PAYING ME BACK.
