John the manager was very friendly and helpful with getting my new wheels installed in a very timely manner. Very professional attitude as well. Highly recommend

I’ve always had good experiences at Discount Tires, but this one was disappointing. I bought three new tires on Saturday, and the teenage techs lifted my car on the skirt & sill of an 7000 lb vehicle instead of the frame and caused damage. Does the below look safe and correct? Obviously not. On top of that, they lost one of my wheel lock nuts and just replaced it with a regular lug nut without telling me. Definitely not the level of care or professionalism I expect from Discount Tire.

Do NOT bring fleet vehicles here, waited 90 minutes for approval for a flat, which is normal. But after 2 additional hours and being literally the only customer there had to ask for keys back, they have a 5 bay shop, when I left they had 2 cars on them with 3 empty.

I want to say his name was Mike, could've been Mark, he seemed like he was in charge though. Mike went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to try and fix my problem, next level customer service. Juan was the other gentleman who helped me, and he never stopped moving, I think the hour or two I spent there he was all over the place, he seemed like a very strong worker who should be well valued.

I ordered my tires online on Friday and scheduled an installation appointment for Monday. I received a few emails Friday to let me know that my tires had been delivered to the store. I also received a call from Angel at the store letting me know they were in. Even though I had an appointment for Monday Angel advised they’d be able to get me in earlier. I arrived at the store about an hour and a half before closing. Angel gave me an approximate completion time and my car was actually ready well before that time! I have patronized numerous Discount Tires stores over the last 20+ years and have received nothing less than outstanding service. Many of my vehicles have required run flat tires and DTC has the highest quality at the most reasonable prices I’ve found.
