Discount Tire - Scottsdale

Thank goodness for Discount Tire. We were visiting Phoenix from Texas when we encountered unavoidable debris on a busy highway and began to lose pressure in a tire. I quickly googled DT and found we were not far away, Praise God! The staff quickly assessed the situation and fixed the problem at no charge! This is why we buy tires with Discount Tire! Later in the week a second tire began to look low. My husband took the car to a different nearby DT for a check. Sure enough the debris that flattened the front tire was stuck in the back tire. They fixed this one too! No charge.

This location always has the best service. Down to the customer service and the work is amazing. I went and the manager helped me restart my battery after it went bad. Talk about service! Made my day!

I went into Discount Tire with a friend just to get a simple price to have his rims and tires swapped out for another set he had purchased. All we wanted was a quick quote, but the salesperson, Joe, kept pressuring us to buy brand-new tires even though the ones my friend already owned were in great shape. Then Joe told us that the rims my friend brought in were “ugly” and that he should order new ones through Discount Tire. When we mentioned that we wanted to check pricing with Big O Tires first, Joe told us to stay in the store and call Big O from there — which felt very unprofessional and pushy. I felt really bad because I was the one who suggested going to Discount Tire, and that’s the way we were treated. We left and went to Big O Tires instead, where they treated us with respect, gave a better price, and didn’t pressure us at all. I own an HVAC business, and from now on, all of my company vehicles will be going to Big O Tires. I will never, ever recommend or order through Discount Tire again, and I strongly suggest their corporate office rethink how they train their staff.

Spectacular service! Speedy turn around! Technician and service riders friendly and knowledgeable! They go above and beyond for their customers. Management is friendly and kind!
