I had a great experience at Discount Tire. Bryce and Jordan were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything that was going on with my car and made sure I understood my options before moving forward. I really appreciated that they focused on educating me rather than just trying to sell me something. Their customer service was outstanding, and I felt respected and taken care of throughout the entire process. Bryce and Jordan truly made the experience stress-free. I would absolutely refer all of my friends and family to them and will definitely be returning in the future.

I went in on Wednesday in a hurry during my lunch break and the staff and store manager were very professional, fast, and they got me back to work after getting 4 nails in my tires from driving through a construction site. So happy they were able to help me in such a big time crunch. So grateful for their help. I'll definitely be using them for my future tire purchases. While waiting for my car, I heard the store manager coaching each employee on how to do better. It was so nice to see that he had a high level of professionalism that he expected from each employee. He is setting the bar for each of these guys and they all worked so well as a team. I loved seeing it. Best experience I've had at a tire shop. Thank you so much Discount Tire!

Love the free tire air check service they offer. Our low air pressure light was on and we could tell the tires were low. The drive through check service was fast and convenient. Not only did the fill our tires to the recommended psi, but they also checked for nails/tire damage (thankfully there was none). Taylor was very friendly too!

not happy at all. They always try to upsell. Came from the dealer who said two car tires needed to be changed.. He tried to tell me that all four needed changed. Each tire $40 warranty on top of that. I agreed to do an alignment and come back for an appointment. An hour and 40 minutes later car still wasn’t ready and the alignment would be another 40 minutes. Terrible service, always suspected they upsell, but they’re just very polite about it. Next time finding a different place. Never coming back.
