Discount Tire Tucson Oracle

I have been a Discount Tire customer for over a decade - multiple Scottsdale and Tucson locations - and they always impress. Are they always busy? Yes. Will you likely spend at least an hour waiting for service to be completed? Probably. But that’s the reality of the situation. All the workers, from those working the counter and answering the phones, to those in the shop swapping the tires, are always hustling. They are non-stop people and vehicles in, people and vehicles out. I am always so impressed with the level of customer service I receive given the constant flow of non-stop work. This last time in, I bought new tires and scheduled the install appointment online. I arrived on time, John took great care of me (even greeted me in the parking lot), and they had me back on the road in 45 minutes. I think they all deserve raises. Well done!

I went online and scheduled an appointment for 8 o’clock this morning. Showed up around 755 for my appointment at 7:59. Mikey was there to get my keys to install for brand new wheels and tires. I am currently driving down the road at 8:46. To say their service is great would be an understatement! Mikey went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of on time and as always his professionalism is top-notch. To whomever reads this, when you go in, ask for Mikey, he’ll make sure you’re taking care of. The prices are the best I was able to find but more importantly you’re not just a number. They care about your satisfaction. Thank you, Mikey.

Great place and great prices. Needed tires for my Mach-e Mustang. Tires for a EV are not the same as other cars. They set my ride up with an awesome set of Michelin tires that are sooooo much better then my stock tires. The tires ride better and handle better!!

Discount Tires is great because even with a busy day with many customers, they still make effort in providing full and excellent service. Thomas was both knowledgeable and professional in his duties. I appreciated his help and expertise. My fiancee and I have been visiting Discount Tires and they have been awesome. Lastly, their flat repair was free of charge and easy for Discount Tires to fix.

Previous I had taken my car for tire rotation and rebalanced, after the guy was telling me I was missing a censor and I needed that fixed than tries to sale me a censor I left it didn’t make sense they had already changed my censors before and I checked my car it was a different valve stem I’m guessing it got damaged during dismounting that’s fine I get it stuff happens but to lie to my face saying it’s missing and up charging for a censor is grimy business. I recently went again told what had happened the guy said yeah no problem we can take take care of it and they still charged me per censor cuz I brought my own when they the ones that broke mine in the first place and lied to me and I still end up paying for their mess
