Discount Tire - Tucson Speedway

Stopped in at the Discount Tire on Speedway in Tucson to get an old set of lug nuts replaced. As always, they had our history on file, and within minutes, Alex had everything in order and the vehicle in line to get service. As we sit and watch the crew here work and tend to customers, we are reminded that our choice to use Discount Tire for our wheel and tire service was spot on. I got a rusty nail in my tire and showed up 40 minutes before opening. Multiple people arrived after me but the manager made sure to get those that arrived first in. My tire tech Carlos was quick, friendly and professional. 10/10 will come back to this location even though it’s a little out of my way. You guys are awesome.

Came with an 1:15 appointment for tire rotation, waited in line 15 minutes to check in, told it's guaranteed to be done within an hour. ( I'm guessing it's not the appointment time and check-in time.) Ended up leaving at 2:04 since the car hadn't even been taken back yet since I had another appointment to be at. Don't bother scheduling appointments, as I overheard a walk-in and saw them getting priority. Gave 2 stars because the guy was nice and apologetic.

Ramon and the service team who repaired my tire were very friendly and extremely efficient. Ramon got my car in within 3 minutes of my arrival and the crew had the nail removed and the tire repaired within 20 minute. They did not try to up-sell me and did not charge me for the service. I wish all businesses, including my own, were this good.

What amazing, honest, real service. Ramon met me in the parking lot to look at a leaking tire. He tested all tires, looked at the wiper blades, found the offending screw and asked me to come back in an hour. Great neighborhood to walk in and returned in 45 minutes to a fixed tire, a smile from Ramon and no bill. I will buy my next set of tires right here.
