Drury Inn & Suites Flagstaff

I would give this hotel a million stars if I could. It is located by Northern Arizona University. The location is very safe and in walking distance to almost everything you could want or need. The rooms are huge with super comfy beds. The hotel and rooms are spotless and the employees treat you like family. Andrea G the manager, went out of her way to make sure our stay was exceptional and we had everything we needed. Thanks Andrea for making our stay amazing. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature and a great place to get a little exercise and R&R. The weight room has a lot of new machines and is very well maintained. Every Drury Hotel offer the Kickback at 5:30-7:00pm that offers free Dinnertime snacks and beverages for free for all guests. They have a great variety of delicious food for everyone young and old to enjoy. They also provide free hot breakfast every morning and free WiFi throughout the hotel. I highly recommend the Flagstaff Drury hotel to anyone who wants an exceptional hotel stay at a fair price. Thanks you all for taking such good care of your guests! My husband and I stayed here for a weekend trip and really enjoyed it. We felt we received excellent value for what we paid. Room was spacious and clean with a lot of small comforts that I appreciated such as: a hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, lighted mirror in the bathroom, outlets on top of bedside tables for easy phone charging, a folding luggage rack, several hangers in the closet. The shower had good water pressure and the drapes in the room had a full valence to block all sunlight. The hotel provided a complimentary hot breakfast with a lot of options and also a hot evening meal. I have never stayed somewhere that provided complimentary breakfast AND dinner. Free popcorn in the lobby as well. This is also the first hotel I have stayed in since 2020 that actually provided housekeeping/refresh service daily. The hotel offered free covered garage parking. The staff were all helpful, professional and polite. In a time when hotels seem to be offering less comfort and value, Drury Inn can be counted on to restore your faith in the hospitality industry. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were there for medical tests. The facility is beautiful and they were doing renovations. We have stayed in other Drury Inns in the state of AZ and enjoyed them. Their kickback hour was great. The food was good and they give complimentary drinks to enjoy during that time frame. Flagstaff is a great place to be. We will stay there again. You really can't beat the deal. 👍🏻🥂❤️

I've stayed here several times - What's brought me back: It's an affordable property, well maintained with comfy beds! Friendly staff, a nice little convenience store in the lobby, and complimentary breakfast buffet. (The complimentary drink tickets at happy hour are great too!) I find the location very convenient, particularly if you are visiting the NAU campus. Parking can be a bit of a challenge directly in front of the property, but there is a parking garage next door, and street parking. The one thing I'd love to see: allowing guests to connect the in-room TVs to personal apps such as Netflix, HBO, ect to expand programming options.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Drury Inn & Suites. Andrea and Gabrielle were exceptional—so kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The complimentary buffets were fantastic; the food was fresh, well-stocked, and consistently replenished, which made dining stress-free for our family. The happy hour was such a great added value and a really nice touch after a long day. Our room was extremely spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for families, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The entire property felt very clean, safe, and well-maintained. The pool was fun for the kids, and the hotel’s location made it incredibly convenient—close to everything we needed while still feeling comfortable and quiet. Exceptional service, excellent amenities, and outstanding value. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Also dog friendly!
