Drury Inn & Suites Flagstaff

I would give this hotel a million stars if I could. It is located by Northern Arizona University. The location is very safe and in walking distance to almost everything you could want or need. The rooms are huge with super comfy beds. The hotel and rooms are spotless and the employees treat you like family. Andrea G the manager, went out of her way to make sure our stay was exceptional and we had everything we needed. Thanks Andrea for making our stay amazing. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature and a great place to get a little exercise and R&R. The weight room has a lot of new machines and is very well maintained. Every Drury Hotel offer the Kickback at 5:30-7:00pm that offers free Dinnertime snacks and beverages for free for all guests. They have a great variety of delicious food for everyone young and old to enjoy. They also provide free hot breakfast every morning and free WiFi throughout the hotel. I highly recommend the Flagstaff Drury hotel to anyone who wants an exceptional hotel stay at a fair price. Thanks you all for taking such good care of your guests! This is a great place to stay. The breakfast and kickback are fabulous. I had no need for supper that night, as there was plenty to fill up all 4 of us. The breakfast offered a wealth of options, and once again no need to eat out. Those two thing alone saved us a ton. The rooms a clean, the staff is amazing, and the amenities are fantastic. I would 10/10 recommend this place to any and all. We will be returning every time with our visit from Illinois!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Drury Inn & Suites. Andrea and Gabrielle were exceptional—so kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The complimentary buffets were fantastic; the food was fresh, well-stocked, and consistently replenished, which made dining stress-free for our family. The happy hour was such a great added value and a really nice touch after a long day. Our room was extremely spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for families, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The entire property felt very clean, safe, and well-maintained. The pool was fun for the kids, and the hotel’s location made it incredibly convenient—close to everything we needed while still feeling comfortable and quiet. Exceptional service, excellent amenities, and outstanding value. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Also dog friendly!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend trip and really enjoyed it. We felt we received excellent value for what we paid. Room was spacious and clean with a lot of small comforts that I appreciated such as: a hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, lighted mirror in the bathroom, outlets on top of bedside tables for easy phone charging, a folding luggage rack, several hangers in the closet. The shower had good water pressure and the drapes in the room had a full valence to block all sunlight. The hotel provided a complimentary hot breakfast with a lot of options and also a hot evening meal. I have never stayed somewhere that provided complimentary breakfast AND dinner. Free popcorn in the lobby as well. This is also the first hotel I have stayed in since 2020 that actually provided housekeeping/refresh service daily. The hotel offered free covered garage parking. The staff were all helpful, professional and polite. In a time when hotels seem to be offering less comfort and value, Drury Inn can be counted on to restore your faith in the hospitality industry. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

6 of us rented a sprinter van to start our weeklong Grand Canyon/ Arizona tour. First night in Flag. After visiting breweries etc we checked in.. Andrea G. Checked us in - what an awesome gal!!! Soooooo friendly, so helpful ! We all got lovely suites with living rooms. We got drink ticket for 3 drinks per person and also a buffet dinner. ( food service quality . But hey). all free! Andrea was all over the place- backing up help in the bar, bussing tables, cleaning tables etc- I asked her… do you own this place … she said no…? I said you act like you care that much! Seriously she was a TEAM player! Whoa. Every business wishes for an employee like her. Honestly - she treated our group like relatives who had come for an overnight. Felt very special! We are even talking about coming up from the valley monthly to stay there! Oh- then free breakfast! What a deal! We didn’t even bother to go out to dinner as planned! We were all a bit flabbergast over the awesome stay! Room clean and had a micro and fridge, common areas clean and welcoming… and additionally a young man in dining room - was smiling whole time- so helpful, kind etc! A real team atmosphere !! We recommend this place with 5 stars- ( one negative… the toilet tissue is really lousy).
