Today you guys made my day! Getting ready to pay and the app said Free coffee to this beautiful, hardworking women! Kidding, But I did get Free coffee for my BIRTHDAY! 🎂🥳🎉🎈 Yaaaay! Thank you Dutch Bros Coffee!! 😘 12/15/25 two days later and still got it! You guys are awesome! You got 5 stars from me!

I love this location and prefer it over 7th St. The staff is always helpful and has great suggestions for drinks. A newer barista, Catelyn, has been amazing with customer service and always shows my dog all kinds of love. My drinks come out so good and I really do enjoy the late staff.

This location is always busy but today takes the cake. No orders done quickly. I've seen three cars have left after paying without drinks. At l ast a discount for my time. But no. And better tip or else. Only problem is 7th Street is consistently poor too. Travis, fix this franchisee.

After I parked, I was asked to go through the drive thru but decided des to take 2 “employees.” I was the only one ordering two drinks. Then had the audacity to ask for a tip… I have been going to Dutch bros for years and I have never had such awful customer service. The drive try is already bad since the entrance is not through Glendale. Rather go to the one on Thomas and highly recommend that one!

We stopped by this location today in between thrift shopping! I made an order ahead with the app. The drive thru was fast and efficient. Employees were great and friendly, even when I specified I needed a green straw for my son (that’s the only color he likes with his drink!). The drinks were perfect and delicious! I used a reward so my medium iced marmalade rebel with a sour shot was free!
