Dutch Bros Coffee - Phoenix Glendale Ave

Today you guys made my day! Getting ready to pay and the app said Free coffee to this beautiful, hardworking women! Kidding, But I did get Free coffee for my BIRTHDAY! 🎂🥳🎉🎈 Yaaaay! Thank you Dutch Bros Coffee!! 😘 12/15/25 two days later and still got it! You guys are awesome! You got 5 stars from me!

I love this location and prefer it over 7th St. The staff is always helpful and has great suggestions for drinks. A newer barista, Catelyn, has been amazing with customer service and always shows my dog all kinds of love. My drinks come out so good and I really do enjoy the late staff.

Okay so I visited yesterday around 2:30 and it wasn't too busy but the line took forever to move. I placed my order and the person that took my order repeated it correctly to me. I asked for a large hot Hazelnut Truffle Mocha with 3 extra shots. The worker had to confirm whether or not I wanted 3 total shots or 3 extra shots and I confirmed 3 extra shots making it 7 total shots in my drink. I figured it'd be right considering they rarely mess up, but my drink was horrible. It tasted like chocolate milk and made my stomach hurt. To make matters worse it wasn't even a full drink (I posted a couple pics). I'm very disappointed. I have had them forget my shots before but I never had them not fill up my cup.

Lack of urgency when making drinks, especially early in the morning when people are clearly on their way to work. Tried to stop in when there were only 4 cars in line, waited 20 minutes and still wasn’t at the window to get my drink yet despite having my order already taking. Each car was at the window at least 5 minutes, horrible line times. Drinks are good but being late to work isn’t worth it. The drinks aren’t good enough to wait 25 minutes for.

After I parked, I was asked to go through the drive thru but decided des to take 2 “employees.” I was the only one ordering two drinks. Then had the audacity to ask for a tip… I have been going to Dutch bros for years and I have never had such awful customer service. The drive try is already bad since the entrance is not through Glendale. Rather go to the one on Thomas and highly recommend that one!
