Dutch Bros Coffee - Tucson

I was there for the grand opening, and man, was it electrifying! Cars were lined up all the way into the parking lot, waiting in the drive thru. The people taking orders were quick and friendly. When I got to the window, everyone in the shop was working so hard it was impressive to see and I got my drinks in a timely manner. I was able to get some stickers and go on my way. It was great being able to go on opening day!

Since no one can be reached by phone and can’t figure out the website I will leave my comment here. One simple phrase can change a persons day. Today they did just that with one simple comment on my coffee lid. Thank you for that

This is the second time we go and our drinks taste like nothing (water) the first time we went back and they fix my drink . This time I will leave a comment . This is the closest one to my house and is very disappointing that maybe the people are not training properly .

Coffee from Dutch always hits in the morning, this Dutch Bros is fast and has very good services the staff is friendly and genuine. They care about the customers. Hopefully they will have the hot food soon cause it’s very popular at other locations. Paula was kind, and fun loved her suggestions. Definitely recommend.
