Phillip and his auto body team did a phenomenal job! Never have I ever been more impressed with an auto body repair shop. I have teenagers so I have had to deal with a lot of fender benders. I have also dealt with many terrible driver on the road. My truck was in a hit and run situation which is already stressful enough. Phillip made sure to work with my insurance company swiftly to get the necessary repairs signed off on. He called over to Earnhardt Toyota to reserve a rental for me. He then made sure to have my truck in and out of the auto body shop looking brand new as quickly as he could. I’m extremely grateful for his customer service, communication through the process, and the quick turn around in which the auto body shop took my truck in, corrected the damage, and got my truck back to me. I myself hope to have no further accident related vehicle damage but, if against my will it happens. I surely will never take my truck anywhere else ever again! Earnhardt Auto body did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier with there work! I highly recommend them and I will do my best to send future referrals there way!!! Extremely happy with my experience with Earnhardt! I live in California and my son's car (at college) died. I need to get him a new car remotely and quickly, so a friend referred to Earnhardt. Being far away and buying a car remotely was worrisome for me. However, each employee made me feel so comfortable every step of the way! BJ didn't have the model car I wanted but found me one the same day in the color and price range I wanted. He sent me photos of the car, walked me through all the paperwork and every question I had. Earnhardt even delivered the car to my son at college and made follow-up calls to see if we had any questions about the vehicle. They also helped me with advice on my son's old car that I needed to figure out what to do with that. BJ, Brandan and their credit department made me feel like a VIP! Would highly recommend this dealership! A+++

We brought our 2025 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon to Earnhardt for an issue with the Auto Start/Stop and an oil change. Our service advisor, Richard Hamilton, greeted us minutes after arriving. He was courteous & receptive, and listened to my description of the problem. About 4 hours later Richard called to inform me the Jeep was finished and ready for pickup. When I picked it up, the Jeep was in the same condition as when I dropped it off (I took a video and pics of it in the service line), and the start/stop issue was resolved. Thank you to Richard and the technicians who worked on the Jeep. I am very pleased with my experience at Earnhardt in Gilbert and will be back for future service. Note - Regarding the Auto Start/Stop issue: there were no alarms or warning lights on the dash, it just stopped working. The jeep would never shut off at traffic lights etc. The issue was caused by defective auxiliary battery. Warrany covered the cost of the repair/replacement.

I just purchased a new 2025 Jeep from Earnhardt CDJR. This has been the best car buying experience in the 50+ years of buying. Jade and her team gave me an awesome deal. They asked me to come in to sign paper work and delivery but I said I was too busy over the weekend watching football play offs. Jade offered me electronic signing and home delivery on a Sunday. She showed up at half time so we could finalize and hand over payment….this was so awesome and I didn’t miss a minute of the games. This is the 2nd Jeep I have purchased from Earnhardt CDJR and would definitely recommend them….their sales & service are the best in this area! It was delivered with a full tank of gas and detailed…..I am just amazed as I never stepped onto their lot….thanks a million Jade.
