Eddie V's Prime Seafood

Dined: 11/29/25 Group size: 7 celebrating a birthday My wife (and our family) absolutely LOVE Eddie V’s and this is her FAV restaurant. Last night was our 4th year in a row celebrating her birthday at the restaurant. All the food was perfectly cooked and executed. The cocktails were excellent and good pours. Our server, Darko, was excellent (very friendly and attentive). The ambience was perfect with live music and we could talk w/o having to scream. They comped 3 “Birthday Desserts” for our party as well. We’ll be back next November (if not sooner).

I’m a truck driver and couldn’t celebrate valentines 💘 day on the 14 because I got in late but my husband surprise me at this beautiful restaurant, showered me with many gifts. I would never forget the experience. Our waitress name was Anna. She was so pleasant and very friendly. She’s one of the top five waitress that I’ve ran into that is so well deserving. I loved everything about this restaurant. Food was delicious. The atmosphere was amazing. We was able to sit in the lounge part where the piano player was playing beautiful music for a romantic day. I think my husband Curtis so much for always surprising me with great things. This is a restaurant I will return to.

Upon entry I found this placed to be packed full like sardines in a can. Not one seat open, thank goodness we had a reservation. A live jazzy band was performing. The noise level, from crowdedness and live band made it very difficult to hear. Once seated, Krissy, our server, was outstanding. It was our first visit and she explained our choices as well as the specials to us. She went out of her way to make sure our service was excellent. Every course of food was out of this world. The aged steaks were cooked to perfection. The large crab cake was better than the ones I’ve had on the east coast. The warm goat cheese and morel salad was off the charts. The large amount of added crab topping on my filet and mashed potatoes were well worth the price. Last but not least, the warm butter cake under our dessert, bananas foster, was simply perfection. Will go back for sure. It was a much better experience than our last visit to Dominick’s Steakhouse, however they are outstanding as well.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience. We booked a reservation for my Birthday and there was a card signed by the team waiting at our table when we arrived. Every single dish was spectacular and our server Todd was more than incredible as well. Very grateful to have chosen Eddie V’s for my birthday dinner. Can’t wait to come back soon.

Absolutely loved Eddie Vs! The food and service were 10/10! We ordered the NY strip, lamb chops, truffle Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and the honey sriracha brussel sprouts and all of it was cooked perfectly! Compliments to the chef - the best fine dining I’ve had in AZ! Can’t wait to come back again ! 👏🏽🔥❤️
