Exceptional service when I needed emergency repair on rear tire that was punctured and deflating fast. The manager and tire tech got me in and out and back on the road in 15 minutes for a great price.

I brought my truck to Embassy Tire for something as simple as a tire change, and it turned into a complete nightmare. While working on my vehicle, they damaged the steering column, drilled screws through my dashboard, and then attempted a “fix” that only made the damage worse. They tried to repair it again, somehow caused even more damage, and at that point I had no choice but to take my truck to another mechanic to have it properly fixed — out of my own pocket. This was damage that never existed before they touched my vehicle. Instead of taking responsibility, the situation kept getting worse every time they attempted to correct it. I strongly advise anyone reading this: do not use this company. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else. I ended up going to Big O Tires, and the difference was night and day — professional, honest, and competent. If you want your vehicle returned in worse condition than you left it, then Embassy Tire might be the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the stress, time, and money and go elsewhere.

Outstanding Customer Service David, Kevin and Manny went Above and beyond In repairing my vehicle, which I just purchased. I would highly recommend Embassy tires. There are four location locations. I was at sixth and Valencia. Kevin and Manny are excellent mechanics I was in and out lots of lots of repairs. Furthermore, I thought I was going to have to pay a lot of money. They kept me within my budget.
