Extremely large park with a lake in the middle. That's always active with nice people. I go for; of course, the Disc Golf course at the park as well. It's known well enough in the Disc Golf community that the man who took 4th place at World's, was out playing a round

Nice park. Decent parking covered. Play areas. Brand new looking water fountain place for frisbee golf. No bathrooms, another parking lot, the other side, a lake. You can bring a dog but have a leash dog bags and trash cans. Very nice! one cover over two tables, there are more covered tables by the basketball courts,

I visited Emerald Park in Mesa this morning, and it was such a great experience. Right away I could tell this park is designed with the community in mind. The area is very dog-friendly, with plenty of open grassy fields where dogs can run, walk, and play. I saw several other pet owners out early, which gave the park a very welcoming and social atmosphere. It felt safe, relaxed, and clean, which makes it an easy spot to recommend for dog lovers like me. One of my favorite parts of the park is the lake. It adds so much beauty and calmness to the setting. Walking near the water early in the morning was refreshing, and it gave the whole park a peaceful vibe. The lake is also a nice backdrop for taking pictures or just enjoying a quiet moment while your dog gets some exercise. Emerald Park also has a frisbee golf course, which is a unique feature that you don’t find everywhere. It makes the park more versatile because it’s not just for walking or sitting—it’s also a place where you can play a fun, active sport. Even if you’re new to frisbee golf, it’s an inviting way to spend time with friends or family, and it brings more energy to the park. Between the open green space, the scenic lake, and the frisbee golf course, Emerald Park really has a little bit of everything. It works well for families, dog owners, or anyone just looking for a nice outdoor spot to relax. I really appreciated how clean and well-kept it was, and I’ll definitely be coming back often. If you’re in Mesa and want a place to enjoy the outdoors, Emerald Park is worth the visit

As a disc golf park, it offers a challenging change of pace. There are several hazards like a lake, a canal and private homes along one side. Oh, and Mando fences at the launch points. Not my favorite for disc golf.

Fun course... but you will need the app to follow the hole pattern. You will walk about 2.7 miles on average if you complete all 18 holes. The GPS accuracy is pretty good at this course. A few shots go near water, so bring your disc claimer.
