Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

Our room was so quiet and dark that we slept in later than normal. Our room was larger than expected and had all the amenities. We appreciated the extra water and chocolate delivered to the room every evening. The outdoor bar with the fireplaces was a perfect place to end the evening. The service was excellent. And the meal we had at La Hacienda was one of the best meals I’ve had in awhile.

As a Silver member who has stayed at multiple Fairmont locations, I would rate my personal experience with this location as mediocre. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are nice and the bathrooms are well equipped. The room location we got was horrible. We were placed in the “I” building which is in a remote corner of the resort. I was definitely expecting a better room option as a silver member. Everything was a trek. We had driven in so we had to opt not to do valet and instead park on our own just to stay closer to the room. We booked a room with a balcony to enjoy the views. The room we were provided, in addition to distance from the main facility, did not have a view. It had a wall we could not see past when we were seated and even then, was a view of the driveway/ parking lot. Tip - If you are offered room 2429, you should definitely ask for an alternate option.

From the moment we checked in the experience was stellar. Elle started us off with a genuine heartfelt greeting and wanted us to feel welcomed! Throughout our entire stay each staff member was over the top in providing an opportunity for us to enjoy our time on the property. The massage experience at the Spa with Darcy could not have been better. I have been fortunate in having had numerous massages & Darcy is by far one of the best therapists I have ever encountered. If she is available during your stay, I highly recommend requesting her. She was a 12! The dining experiences were also over the top. Each meal we had was superbly prepared. The fillet I had at the Toro was one of the best steaks I have ever had anywhere in my life! Truly a 5-star experience! If you are considering a true "get away" opportunity I suggest you check out this unique location. I believe you won't be disappointed.

Wow. I cannot say enough great things about my stay. From the moment we stepped off of our shuttle to the moment we were dropped back off, everything was perfect. The only complaint is that I could not stay longer! The room was great. The concierge never let me down. The Gold Lounge was next level. So inviting and relaxing. I really hope to come back soon. I had such a lovely time. You really know how to make a for feel special and pampered!

Stayed at the Princess for my birbtday and had an amazing stay. The resort is so stunning and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and welcoming the entire stay. Food—delicious! Pools and Spa were 10/10. I will definitely be returning! They made my stay so special. Lauren at the front desk is an angel!
