Northern Arizona's largest indoor arena hosting concerts, sporting events, and shows. With a capacity of 6,200, it brings major touring acts to the Prescott area.

This is a promising venue with some excellent features, though a few key areas need improvement to handle sold-out crowds efficiently. Overall, I would definitely return. What Works Well ⬆️Excellent Seating: There truly doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house. I had floor seats, which I highly recommend, as they offer slightly more legroom and aisle access than the stadium-style seating. The large video screens are well-placed, providing clear close-ups of the performers from anywhere. ⬆️Decent Food & Drink: The food and beverage options were slightly better than the standard arena fare. While the general admission food is typical (hot dogs, nachos, etc.), it was not outrageously overpriced and offered decent portions. There are plenty of bars for quick beer service and full bars available, and the lines were surprisingly well-managed. ⬆️Suite Potential: The suites looked great, and while I didn't use one, I would seriously look into them for a group outing next time. Areas for Improvement ➡️ Crowd and Line Management: For a sold-out event, the security and line process was chaotic. Patrons were confused, and despite having enough actual lines, there was a lack of staff directing traffic and flow. This is the biggest hurdle they need to address for larger events. ➡️Parking & Logistics: Parking was a major issue. The available on-site parking is insufficient, especially with a large portion currently blocked off due to nearby construction. There was no staff directing drivers in the lot or guiding out-of-town guests to alternative options. Clearer, on-site assistance is needed in addition to website information. ➡️Acoustics: The sound quality needs attention. We experienced frequent issues with the volume being either too loud, echoing, or feedback problems. While we could still enjoy the show, an investment in acoustic improvements would be a welcome change. It’s exciting to see this kind of growth in the area, with new hotels nearby. I hope the management will invest in better infrastructure and staffing for handling large crowds, as they are clearly capable of drawing them.

This is such a great venue to see a concert. No problem finding parking even with the construction. Great acoustics. Plenty of food and drink options.

This is a cool place. I'm sure Prescott Valley is proud to have it. We were there for a multi day wrestling event.. my only complaint really was the lack of ventilation. It was hot and muggy inside the event. A sharp contrast of the chilly cool air outside the arena. Oh and The sound system seemed muddy at times, and it was hard to understand what they were announcing. But that maybe operator error.
