Fired Pie - Scottsdale

On January 4, 2026 around 7 PM, I ordered a custom-built pizza for delivery via Uber Eats from the Fired Pie location at Zocallo Plaza (15425 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ). The pizza arrived extremely cold—barely lukewarm after being in the box for what seemed like a short delivery time—which made it clear it wasn’t held or packaged hot enough before being handed off. I still ate it since I was hungry, but unfortunately, shortly after, I got quite sick with nausea and stomach issues that lasted several hours. I’ve ordered pizza many times before (including deliveries) and never had this kind of reaction, so I’m concerned about the temperature control, handling, or freshness of the food coming out of the restaurant. The pizza itself might have been fine if served hot and fresh in-store, but for delivery orders, it’s the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure the food is properly prepared, hot, and insulated so it stays safe and enjoyable on arrival. This experience was a total letdown and made me feel unwell—definitely not ordering from here again. If you’re reading this as the owner/manager: Please take a closer look at how delivery orders are packaged and timed for handover. Food safety matters a lot.

Tried a veggie pizza at Scottsdale fired pie location. Didn’t even ask for any specific or how many toppings. But look at the pizza, they are fully loaded with a ton of veggies. Worth every penny. Customer service is the best. The guy handed me the pizza when I’m waiting at my table and always courteous and smiling. This is next to Scottsdale quarter and have plenty of parking. Ambiance is good and they are cleaning right away once a customer leave. People working in this location needs a special appreciation.

Oh my!!! The pizza is DIVINE!! Ryan & Travis are absolutely the BEST!!! They are both kind, friendly, professional and offer supreme customer service! I ordered a pizza with vegan cheese, and all I can say is, ooooh la la la!! It is absolute beautiful culinary pie art, and so tasty!! Do yourself a favor and visit this location, and ask for the guys! They will greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home! I’ll gladly support this location, all the way from Gilbert!! Thanks guys!!

This pizza was very thin, very little sauce, very little cheese, very greasy, very crisp, and not very good. Will definitely not order from here again. We did get some garlic knots which were pretty good though

Great place to eat. Excellent location. The staff was awesome. We had the Mediterranean pizza, southwest salad and these roll things. Lol. All of it was awesome. Price was great and for the two of us we split the food and it was plenty. The staff was great and the store was clean. Way better than the wood fire pizza place in Cheyenne, WY. I will definitely eat here again when I'm back in town visiting.
