I had a great experience at Firestone. The entire crew was professional, friendly, and very efficient. They took the time to explain what my car needed and made the process smooth and stress free. The service was quick and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location.

One of the best experiences I've ever had with a mechanics shop. I had my truck towed to their shop and arrived just as they closed, yet they didn't lock the doors on me. They quickly diagnosed the problem first thing the next day; And then helped me find a fast and fiscally friendly way to get my vehicle operational, bypassing the problem. I was back on the road less than 24 hours after arriving at their shop. Friendly people who where all about it.

I stopped by Firestone for a quick oil change since my regular mechanic is out of town, and Kent was so welcoming and on top of everything! He got me in and out faster than I expected. Great teamwork and excellent customer service I really appreciated the efficiency and positive attitude from the whole crew.

I came in to have my tires checked and filled with air since my indicator light had warned of low tire pressure. Unfortunately there was a nail in one of the tires. The guys at Firestone were able to get me in and fix the tire rather than replace it. And to my happy surprise there was no charge. Great service and great guys. I'd highly recommend!
