Fitch Basketball Courts

If the benches were refinished it would be a five star city neighborhood court. The City of Mesa has marked the curving inside park sidewalks for repair or replacement. The basketball surface has just been redone and looks terrific. Four good backwards with good metal nets. Parking is excellent including a total of four handicapped spots. Parking lot surface good and runs along the northside of the park. Street traffic is light. Shade is very limited. With the city of Mesa working on Fitch Park improvements there is some chance of Mesa planting trees and some vegetation. It would make a good park more enjoyable. There are gently rolling modest hills on which desert vegetation would be attractive.

This is located by the racquetball courts.The basketball court has lighting so you can play after dark. The court flooring just had your standard white markings, and some corners the floors were a bit worn out The court has 4 chain hoops and the court has two benches courtside. It's nice how this court is spaced apart from other park amenities. There is no shade above the court. For water you can walk to the water fountains by the racquetball area.

Nice calm peaceful courts to get some shots up by yourself. Not much action here for pick ups though.

My son loves this place. People com e together to play games.

This court and park are always filthy.
