Staff are awesome! From Robyn , Duane and Jay are a fantastic staff to work with. Duane kept in touch so I New when car parts were in and car would be ready. I highly recommend this Body shop repair facility. Smooth transaction. My car was rear ended in the tunnel! Great boss shop work!

Third time using Coulter Collision (Fix Auto USA). Always a pleasure to work with. Efficient, friendly and customer focused. Duane even drove me in a courtesy vehicle to the rental car location nearby. My vehicle was totaled by the insurance company so no repair service was completed but the initial estimate and service leading up to it was excellent.

Hello, we had a great experience with Repairs at Coulter Cadillac. A nice older gentleman backed into our car when we were not in the car, his insurance paid for everything so hopefully it was a fair price as we all pay too much for insurance as it is.
