A Hidden Gem in Flagstaff — Especially at Christmas The Flagstaff Mall truly surprised us in the best way. We came up north for some indoor exploring and shopping, and ended up having one of the most memorable Christmas experiences of the season. The Santa area was incredible — warm, welcoming, and completely free. Being able to take our own photos with Santa, without any pressure to buy a package, made the moment feel genuine and family‑focused. It was such a gift to capture those memories on our own cameras. Beyond the holiday magic, the mall itself is a great place to spend time. We love the variety of shops, and it’s perfect for doing a little “indoor hiking” when you’re up in Flagstaff and want to stay

I'm biased. Child of the 80s, it's not what it used to be any more. The teen hangout and shopping has transformed into something like a village center - now, offering products along with services and...recreation? I just needed the restroom, which was a maze to get to (near the food court). Pretty much dead in the west end with Penny's. It's basically become a family affair, which is cool, too. But I'm still trying to grasp the target audience here. Family? But not really? At least the scenery and cool wind is nice when you walk out?

It's always good to see a smile on baby's face every time we visit the mall from the playground they have for kids. We always ran into something new. I love shopping at Dillard's, Dubai gold, K Momo, n foot locker.

This is a fairly small mall, the associates from the various stores were friendly and helpful which is always nice. When we got there, it had just opened so I can’t speak to help busy it gets on a day-to-day basis. I got some good stuff in here, some that I was looking for, some not. I thought the little bowling alley was pretty cool too. It’s not something you see every day. My favorite feature (and main reason I went there) is the smallest (from the staff) Barnes & Noble. While small, this little store has a lot to offer for bibliophiles. Will return for another trip for books!

The people working in the stores seem very friendly and professional. Too bad the mall seems to be on life support. I know people don't go to Flagstaff to shop at the mall, though I imagine the residents enjoy the mall and food court for what it's worth. Nice that there is a mini Barnes and Noble bookstore.
